Fusilier Management Group

The team at Fusilier Management Group is simply outstanding. Personal service from the owner Keith Race and his leasing staff. We were in a pinch trying to arrange for a short notice /​long distance move and they were there for us the entire time. Keith took the time to learn about our needs and linked us up with someone very knowledgeable about the area we needed to be in (Lake Nona). Unlike other companies we spoke with, they looked at what our specifications were for size, school zone and features in a home so they could deliver exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend Fusilier Management Group to anyone looking for a home in Orlando. Absolutely a top shelf organization… A++

I contracted for rent my house in Kissimmee with Fusilier Management in ⁶⁄₂₀₁₃. They were not able to rent it until ⁹⁄₂₀₁₃ for much less rent than they told me they could get. The year the tenants were there there were constant complaints from the management company from the tenants. Though I lived there for 12 years and never had a pool screen blow out the tenants had three. Each time it would take me 5 – 6 days to get someone there to repair. Fusilier would contact me to tell me that if It wasn’t repaired immediately the tenant would withhold rent and take me to court. Then they started to forward emails from the tenants stating the same thing. It seemed that though Fusilier was being paid by me they were working for the tenants. When the A/​C was not working I had someone there the same day but a screen. When the tenants moved out at the end of the lease I was disappointed with how they left. it. I was told that the management company did a walk through when they left but when I inspected the property the flower beds had weeds up to my waist and lawn needing mowing though the tenants were responsible for lawn care. Buttons on the washer and dryer were broken off. Now I must replace the full panel on these appliances. Per our contract Fusilier were to do a walk through and take pictures of the property inside and out prior to the tenants moving in and after they moved out. If a walk through was done they should have noticed these problems. I have requested copies of pictures and they have refused to respond to my requests. I can not and would not recommend this company.
