Famous Footwear Outlet

Not a good experience. Bought a pair of Nikes that I thought were on sale but they were $ 70 from an original price of $ 75. I would definitely recommend trying out one of the Nike outlets in the area instead. Way better deals. So I went back to try and return the $ 70 pair of shoes after finding a better pair at an outlet for $ 65. I showed up a couple minutes late and could see the employees inside but they didn’t unlock the door to help me. I guess it’s understandable. But I’m not happy with the customer service or prices for it being an «outlet» store.

The absolute worst place to go… if you are a shoe-​holic!
I am really not afraid to admit that I am a shoe junkie. If there is a shoe store, I am in trouble, and so is my bank account. So naturally when I went to Factory Brand Shoes I left the cash in the car, because I would have seriously dropped some cash in there!
The Good:
Brands Galore: From Adidas to Vans, this place has plenty of the brands that you would have to traverse all over the mall to usually find. the store itself is rather big, so it is nice to have plenty to choose from.
Good Prices: This place’s main draw is the fact that you can find brand-​name shoes at better-​than-​mall prices. I was particularity wowed by their converse selection, which had the ultra-​hip sneakers at a much better price than the mall shops.
The Bad:
Keep it organized?:It would have been nice to see a little more organization in the store, even though their stock is huge. I felt like some of the stuff was just thrown around, and a «rare find» in this store, really is a rare find!
Overall, I really liked going to Factory Brand Shoes, and there was plenty of name brand selections there for good prices. SO if you are ion the mood to shop for shoes, this place is definitely a must-​see! And more than likely a must-​buy too!
