Sterling river were notably quality boots, in line with lucchese. I wanted leather soles (great for dancing). I bought 3 pair of sterling river, Brown and two red. I could have left, easily, with two more pairs but thought I should restrain. I love my boots for comfort quality and looks! I had attentive help, zeroing in on brands and styles I prefer. I was in a mad panic to get in and out quickly, I’ve been to other retail stores, and was gleeful at my success at Boot Factory Outlet!

Friendly staff, great selection, and three pairs of boots four the price of one?! Wowie! Quite sure the reviewer who stated that the staff was all black «anti-​white people racists» who kept spouting off about black power has clearly been drinkng paint thinner since the meth ran out.

The boots are fantastic, stylish, comfortable and cool looking. I don’t really wear boots often but when I get a chance to I love wearing my boots from the Boot Factory Outlet. The salesperson was very helpful and patient with me when I was looking for my size 14 lol. I highly recommend the Outlet while traveling to Orlando! 2 thumbs up from me!!!

This store gets a two based on selection which is good but pricing which is not. Tends to have more «off brands» than high end brands — one pair of lucchese boots in the whole store — didn’t see any of the other brands — ariat etc.
BUYER BEWARE — the buy one get two free isn’t that great of a deal — you can get most of these boots online for 79 – 125 a pair — so do the math. When the boots are priced at $ 300+ a pair you are not getting a deal.
Service is non existent.

STAY AWAY! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY!!! NO MONEY BACK EVEN IN AN HOUR!!! I have a bad experience with them! I bought a gift for my wife, but these shoes were to big and we decided to exchange, but they didn’t have appropriate size and they did not return our money right next day!

Sad excuse for a boot store. There buy one pair get two pairs free will draw you in but you’ll be soon disappointed. There website and walls of the store promise a great selection of the major brand names (Justin, Ariat, Tony Llama, Double H) but once you go looking for those brands either they don’t have them at the moment or they only have one pair on hand. They do have a lot of boots to offer it’s just that there all low quality poorly built brands that no one has heard of. The salesman that «assisted» me had such a large dip of chewing tobacco in his mounts that I couldn’t understand anything he was saying. I guess if you want a few cheap pairs for you and your girl friends to hit a concert this is the place. But if your a real cow boy or a real working man who wants a good quality boot that’ll last, best you pass this place and go to Sheplers up the road.

They have a great selection of boots for everyone. Some are pretty pricey but we got 3 pair of cowgirl boots for $ 200 which is the price of one pair from most other places. Parking was a bit of a chore and we ended up parking at the tennis store and walking across. The staff was around the store and available to answer questions but were not breathing down our necks. It was a lot of fun to try on the boots and get all countrified. I’m ready for my next trip to Bama for sure! (I might even go back and get me a cowgirl hat!)

We got a fantastic deal in this store — advertised all over the windows, buy one pair… get two for free — that is 3 pairs of boots for the price of one!!! I have been wanting a new pair of cowboy boots for years now, but couldn’t really justify the expense so needless to say, I had to pull in here and find out.
Naturally we were pretty skeptical, and came in fully expecting the bait and switch deal… however, it was true, no catch !!!
They have a great selection, so our only problem was which pairs to buy, three pairs of boots later, great service and an awesome price and we are fans !!

Fun boots, funky boots but mostly cowboy boots. yeeeee haaaaa!
They also have great cowboy hats, dusters and belts. We got an amazing deal — 3 pairs of boots for the price of ONE! So I had my boy get two and I got the hottest pair of Harley Davidson boots to kick with.
Nice people — the service was great and great prices. You can’t go wrong.
