El Gran Mar De Plata Buffet

Yo visite este restaurante en una oportunidad que fui s Orlando de vacaciones el Domingo pasado y tube una gran experiencia, tiene un excelente servicio. Sigan así

Food was not worth it even if it was cheap. FoodNot to temp, stale, and there are limited menu items;they always say that they ran out even though they don’t close for another 2hrs.

I wish I could put 0 stars but I can’t just don’t go there food is not fresh that’s all I will say

Had eaten here before when it was just a Chinese buffet. I saw that it was different but I was already here so I thought I would give it a try. The nearly empty parking lot at 12:20 pm should have told me everything I needed to know. All I can say is there is no way this place is going to make it. It is a Chinese and Latin buffet now leaning way towards Latin foods and not good Latin food. Nicely put the food is horrible, the service is horrible and the only good thing is the floors are nice.

BE CAREFUL THEY CLON YOUR CREDIT CARD OVER THERE, actually I thing that is their true business.
This place is disgusting, I rarely write a review but this place is terrible. The food is cold. They promote mangú but there is none, food is reheated many times that you will notice. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. This place is dying.

It’s just… terrible. Bad food, bad décor, bad conditions, bad time.

As was already said, but I ignored, this place sucks. Sign said open, went in & even though it was 11, food wasn’t all out. I noshed on some cold pasta, by 11:25 there were a couple more items out, but I couldn’t wait any longer. I had a plate of pasta & some fake scallops and they charged me full price even though they didn’t have more than 8 hot items out. Don’t make the same mistake I made, avoid this place.

My wife and I have been to many buffets in this area and found this to be the very worse of any. The food was not kept at a safe to eat temperature and the chicken tasted spoiled. The items were not marked so you didn’t even know what you were getting. The fruit/​salad bar was kept at room temperature and many items tasted spoiled. Their sign said they had sushi but there was none (maybe better for everyone’s health). It also said hibachi and tacos… once again none to be found. Perhaps the OC health department should check this place out and write a review. As for me and my wife we will never go to this place again even if we are starving to death.

Absolutely horrible food horrible service never again. Nothing is marked on the buffet and there is no supervision as to the food sitting on the buffet or lack there of it. I attempted to speak with someone in regards to the lack of service but there was a very large language barrier and nothing was accomplished.

Absolutely sucks. I have dined all around the world and never have experienced such bad food and poor service. Okay what do you expect from a Spanish food and Chinese buffet. How about at least holding the food at a safe temperature. After telling the buffet attendant that the rice was spoiled it was totally ignored and continued to be served to unknowing guests. I have been in the food and beverage business all my life and realize that the guest safety and sanitation is the most important thing in any restaurant. Beyond the rice the salad area was totally cross contaminated. Seafood in the letter that was brown anyway. Mist of the dinner entrees were fried but swimming in a good sauce that appeared to have been there for hours. The roast pork. was not even warm but was dehydrated from sitting above the steam table all day. Wow now let’s get to the Sushi. Yummy prepared rolls with no attendant in sight I didn’t see a guest touch it Probably a good thing. My beverage was empty for 20 minutes while my guest continued to eat and I had to go to the cashier for a refill. Oh well let’s go to the dessert area prepackaged coconut macros cookies and some frozen dessert they call ice cream. the ice cream freezer is filled with frost and dirty the scoop is in a plastic take out dish with no water. the law states the scoop must be kept in a running water bath to keep clean and prevent bacteria. Well my recommendation is avoid this place completely. Not only for the bland uninspired food but for your health.
