Female employee is on her break sitting outside restaurant talking very loudly about how she «threw a donut at a f***ing customer.» She is also complaining to several people that «Chris called my ass at 7:15 and said ‘you know you’re supposed to be here.’» She was also trash talking someone named Danny.
I guess the management here must be desperate for help to keep this woman on the payroll. And FYI, she was also giving free donuts to someone because he «came here all the way from Puerto Rico.» Very professional.
Food and drink here is what it is. The place is clean, unlike the language of the female employee.

Okay so this dunkin donuts is decent. Everything is always fresh when I visit. This location is very clean, but seems to be lacking of employees. The service can sometimes be verrrrry slow based on the fact that there are not enough employees to juggle all of the orders of drinks and food. I’ve never once had a problem with the taste of my iced lattes. The breakfast sandwiches are OK. They definitely could be better for what dunkin charges for them! I did order 2 breakfast sandwiches one morning along with an iced latte, received my sandwiches and discovered they forgot my drink. I said something because people after me we’re getting their coffees. Overall the staff seems a little flustered.

Standard Dunkin’ Donuts, brand new, very clean, and very close by! The staff, when I visited, was very young, and maybe not quite as invested in quality service than in having fun with one another… on a busy day, I could see where this would be off-​putting. They may just need more guidance and supervision.
I’m not a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, so I can’t comment as to the previous poor reviews, but I can tell you that the breakfast sandwich that I had (sausage, egg and cheese on a pretzel roll) was served hot and fresh, and the donuts were likewise delicious!

As I live right next door I was excited about this place opening. But am severely disappointed constantly. The donuts are fine and the employees seem cool but the coffee is about as hot as a Minnesota winter. It’s always this luke warm temp that is almost undrinkable. Everywhere else I’ve gotten coffee in my life it’s never this temp. The other Dunkins have it at a right temp. Coffee is suppose to be hot. I hesitate to even write this but as I gave them over a half a dozen chances I see there is a pattern here that is unlikely to change anytime soon. Which is honestly a shame because it ruins the only coffee option anywhere near me.

First visit no acknowledgement at all
Waited at the counter for someone to come out from the back for a good 5 – 10 min.
All you can hear them do is laugh and joke around then someone came out to help the line. Employees not professional at all
I ordered a large dark roast vanilla swirl ice coffee with very light ice.
What I got was what I didn’t order I got a regular brew ice coffee with not so much vanilla swirl in there.
Second time the service was not much better and the coffee tasted like water
The location would be great if they just work the customer service and the quality of products
