Quick update. Andre challenges us with both cardio and strength training and mixes it up often. Recently we have been hitting the weights heavy to build our strength before switching back to cardio to shed some more lbs. Just this week, I have broken numerous milestones that I never thought were attainable. I have also lost 23 lbs since starting just 9 weeks ago. I benched 225 lbs for the first time ever. Later in the week I also benched 100 lb. dumbbells(previous record was 70 lbs!). I leg pressed 520 lbs. And I finally hit my goal of 100 assisted pull ups. I feel fantastic. Not only am I shedding weight but I am doing things I NEVER thought I was going to do. We have so much fun and really push ourselves and the confidence is spilling into all areas of my life.
