Well 14 days ago I took my daughter’s mini ipad to get the screen replaced and I took my own screen, they quoted me 60 dollars labor, I also asked them how long it would take and he told me by the end of the day! Later that day I called to see if it was ready and they told me it would be ready in 2 days. Well I waited a few days later and called AGAIN and they told me the technician messed up a part inside that they had ordered it and that I was not gonna be charged extra and it was to be delivered that same day, I asked to please call me when it was ready, well finally since I didnt hear from them I went in person to pick it up. I was there at least half an hour, after calling I guess the manager, the person that took care of me nervously told me they still were waiting for my part to be delivered. I demanded to know what exactly was the part that was messed up, and he told me wasn’t sure if it was the LCD, or something else. Then he went on to explain that they were not responsible if the customer took their own part and THAT I was told that when I dropped it off… NEVEREVERDIDTHEYMENTIONEDTHAT!!! At this point I asked for my mini ipad back that I was gonna take it somewhere where they knew how to fix it… After like it seemed forever they returned it to me. I just took it somewhere else but the news is grimm, apparently they messed up my mother board, so goodbye to the ipad. Very dissapointed!!! Terrible service and TOTALLYUNPROFESSIONAL…
