They are no good. Service out for 15 out off 20 days. They added a $ 60.00 miscellaneous fee. For not haveing service for 15 days and still going? I ask what is the miscellaneous fee all about. They can’t say. They are terrible. Why is it they are the largest providders. They don’t provide. They just bill you.

Pitiful customer service! There is a number system for people waiting but had no numbers so it was a mess with people arguing over who’s next. The one young employee behind the counter just shrugged it off saying he’s the only there and didn’t have time to refill it. After leaving I got home to find I was given a cable box but no remote, when I called they said they would have to charge me the install fee if I wanted a technician to deliver one or a $ 10 fee to mail one.

No consideration for the customer. Drove 20 miles to get there. Arrived at 1:40. They were closing for lunch and wouldn’t reopen for one hour! I asked don’t you have more than ONE rep? He said«yes, but we lunch together and I’m just a trainee.» WTF??? So after driving 40 miles I have accomplished nothing AND I have to do it all again. TERRIBLE way to run a customer service business. Maybe next time my bill is due I’ll make THEM wait — after all I eat lunch also.

Well 88 phone calls since November 12th., not even a month and have actually only had service since November 26. No answers no resolution. An extremely unhappy frustrated customer !!! Had to choose stars. But it should def not be any !!!

In terms of canceling my account, this had to be by far the easiest process I’ve ever done. Walked in, returned equipments, told them I wanted to cancel and it was done in a matter of seconds. None of the garbage they make you go through over the phone. Best experience I’ve had so far with this company. I’m moving to Europe for ministry soon and thought this would be a hassle given my experience with them on the phone before. But it was so simple I couldn’t believe it. This would actually make me come back to being a comcast customer when we move back. Straight to the point! Well done!

The customer service here is lacking big time. It doesn’t matter if it is by phone or in person. The result is always the same…“we apologize for the inconvenience blablabla” and then state that they hare having difficulties and to try again. I called the orlando # and they answered in atlanta, ga and the rep stated that they cant work the orlando market and that they were having phone issues. This is supposed to be a Technology company?
