There is a reason that this place continues to grow and expand across the country. First, they have good food. The quality is great, with many tasty sauces and sides. We visited two CFA’s while in Florida, trying out 4 – 5 different options and each one was delicious. Second, their customer service is top notch. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and one employee even had an extended conversation with us at our table. She was a real sweet older women.
If you can provide these two characteristics, you are going to grow. Although they are a little pricey, I think you end up getting your money’s worth. Rumor has it that there is one coming close to my city and I am eagerly anticipating it. I am definitely a fan of the franchise.

When I walk into a Chick-​Fil-​A, I have high expectations. Not only do I have high expectations, but I expect things to be done to a certain degree, especially when near one of the LARGEST landmarks in Florida, if not America. I have been here many times, but I have never had the opportunity to rate this place. When I came here for lunch, I had no trouble getting a parking spot or a seat. My food came out fairly quickly and it looked pretty good. When everyone ate the food, we all quickly agreed that our orders were overcooked and tasted funny. The fries were mostly hollow, yet somewhat oddly chunky. The chicken tasted dry. And for both the fries and the chickens, they both tasted funny. We suspected that the grease might be dirty and that is why everything tasted funny. Apart from the food, I didn’t find the employees to be hospitable, like CFA is known for. I really hope this CFA picks up their game and does not get too confident from their tourist attraction.

I think coming from the West Coast there is such a hype of what we don’t have including Chick-​fil-​A. Fortunately, two Chick-​fil-​A locations are being built back home. I can only imagine the lines during the weeks from their grand openings.
So — what luck is it that I get to try it somewhere where it has been established for some time and the minor tweaks that come with first opening are of the past.
Not your typical fast food chain, granted it is fast food. Food is delivered to you at your table and they’re closed all day Sunday. Aside from that, I don’t feel it’s any different.
The good is good, not great. I enjoyed their fresh squeezed lemonade and the Chick-​fil-​A sauce with the sandwiches. Their waffle fries weren’t crispy enough to my liking such as Carl’s Jr., but all else was not lacking in flavor. My husband says their sandwiches are on par to what Wendy’s has to offer.
I did enjoy my deluxe chicken sandwich with a side of coleslaw. However, it’s definitely not a memorable place for food in my books. Probably thanks to the overhype of it, I feel slightly disappointed.

I’m from California, but I lived in Florida this summer (2015) for the Disney College Program. The most awesome part about living in Florida was the simple fact that this CFA was literally right next door to the Disney student housing, so as you can imagine, I came here a LOT, Lol. Being a Chick-​fil-​A raving fan I always pay close attention to the quality of my food and the service when I visit. One thing I loved about this Chick-​Fil-​A is that they have a lot of promotions for free stuff and discounts if you check their Chick-​fil-​A Facebook and they are also very involved in the community. I’m currently employed by a CFA in California now, and we don’t offer nearly as many discounts and fun promotions as this restaraunt does. so I think the locals should take advantage of this cool perk! The 2^nd thing I love about this Chick-​fil-​A is the fact that CFA’s main purpose is on the main entrance door. It is a beautiful reminder of why I’ve always loved CFA and why I’m happy to now be apart of this wonderful company. Third, I love this CFA because of course I was always given 2^nd mile service, thanks to the young male Chinlay, and other employees. I hope Chinlay still works there, he was awesome! Finally, I like this CFA, because the cow mascot is frequently out, I’m sad I didn’t get to take a picture with him. Anyways, 5 stars! Keep up the good work CFA Lake Buena Vista!

You come in always expecting the perfect customer service which this store was no exception. We are out of town and my husband wanted just the chicken nuggets without the biscuit for breakfast and they had that available and even made waffle fries during breakfast hours for him (I don’t know if this is always an option or they were just super nice). The chicken is seasoned well and they will refill your drink and have Coke Zero (which I definitely have an unhealthy obsession with). I love the grilled chicken sandwich, which tastes like it came off the backyard grill. The small shake was the free calendar item this month — we got chocolate which we weren’t really impressed with — the syrup tasted like it was poor quality, but it was free so I’m not going to hate on it too much.
They have the ketchup dippable cups which is also a nice touch for the waffle fries. This location was clean including the bathroom and they have free WiFi,.
Get the yearly calendar and it comes with a card, register it and you get free items each month which more than pay for the calendar which is generally cute anyway.
Chick Fil A — Come to Upstate NY :)

It’s Chick-​fil-​A. Nice people, quality food. We were craving ice cream, so we stopped by for a cone. Nice and icy just like we like it! Not much more to say. CFAs tend to be awesome no matter where you go.

This place is awesome! The food is great the service is perfect! The price is good! A must try!

Visited this particular location of Chick-​fil-​A on Monday, June 8^th at 8:02 a.m. utilizing the drive-​thru. James was my cashier in the drive-​thru lane.
I’ve always preferred Chick-​fil-​A over Burger King, McDonalds and Wendys when it comes to fast food. With that said, most of the Chick-​fil-​A locations I’ve visited are always busy and typically have long drive-​thru lines. Early on a Monday morning, the line here wasn’t very long.
As I indicated earlier, James was my drive-​thru cashier. I ordered two complete bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combos, two chicken biscuits, two chicken burritos, two oatmeal and two fruit cups. Total order came to $ 33.47.
Unlike a lot of fast food joints that either short you on your order or screw things up entirely, this particular Chick-​fil-​A got it right the first time. My coffee combos came with Splenda and sugar individually and with plenty of cream. The hash browns had ketchup and the oatmeal had plenty of brown sugar along with dried fruit and nuts. The bag had plenty of napkins and my receipt. How else would I be able to recite my complete order four days later? LOL
Centrally located and a very clean location. As I was visiting the drive-​thru, I did not go inside and can not provide a rest room report.

Best service ever! I never had any trouble choosing a burger but today I did. I didn’t know what to eat so I just whent with something spicy, I had the spicy chicken deluxe with a lemonade ofcourse. When I got to front to get what I was going to eat I was called by Caitlyn. what a service with a smile she was very helpfully in fact when I ask it was my first second time here she reply no worries take your time and still smile. At other places they would be more frustrated if you did not know what you wanted but this time someone actually loved what she did. After ordering and going to take my seat I saw another employee asking people if they needed any refills on their drinks. WAOW TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Jorge came and ask and I reply by saying No but if I can get a cup of water with in seconds he got me one. Waow I’m amazed how they work here with that service I will keep coming back here as long as I can thank you guys. Rock Guarisco you have a great crew. Jorge thank you sir for your help and Caitlyn keep smilling in the food industry the customer always appreciates a smile every day no matter what can bring you up or down. Thanks guys

Nothing beats a Chick-​fil-​a sandwich except maybe their nuggets. The customer service is always exceptional and the food is delicious what more can you ask for.
This location is usually pretty busy since it is in the middle of a very tourist driven area so expect to wait but the employees are very friendly and efficient and serve up the food hot and fresh. We had to wait a few minutes in the drive thru to place our order and then to get to the window but when we received our order the sandwiches were hot, fresh and delicious.

Simply amazing. I went to breakfast yesterday across the street at he holiday inn Applebee’s and was shocked how terrible that was. Came here today spent half the money for wayyyyy better food, service, cleanliness. Go here instead of Applebee’s!

We love Chick Fil A. If this was the first one we ever went to, we would not have been in a hurry to return. The parking lot was chaotic, the service was a bit slow. Definitely on the poorer performer list for this franchise.

Chick-​Fil-​A Orlando is one great place to get lunch when visiting Orlando– it is worth a short drive in your rental car from Disneyworld– to visit if you have never been to one before.
The food quality is strong, the location is clean and the prices are very competitive.

We don’t eat fast food often. This Chick Fil A location is just outside Disney Market and still performs as well as the others we have been to. The new Grilled chicken with bacon and Colby Jack cheese was
wife said its chicken that tastes like real chicken. My friends had never been to a chick Fil a and said «It is food served fast but doesn’t taste like fast food «

I feel so weird reviewing a fast food place lol, but I had one of the best first timer chick-​fil-​a experience. I’m not sure if it typical of the chain but this place had everything spot on. I’ve never seen a staff crew so happy and polite, not even at 5 star fine dinning establishments.
The staff was super friendly. I told the cashier that was hoping to get lunch even though it was 15 min away and my friend wanted breakfast. They said it may take a little longer and I was completely ok with that. The gal also knew it was my first experience at chick-​fil-​a and was like here are all the sauces. She said her favorite was the buffalo and chick-​fil-​a so tried those first.
What happen next blew my mind, they bring the food to you and took our trays when we were done. What i assume was the manager/​assistance manager was super nice and went around asking how everything was.
Oh right the food. Yummy! I want more chick-​fil-​a sauce though!

Ok, I’m from up north and all the bad press about this franchise’s CEO lately almost kept me out during my stay at Disney World.
I was surely surprised by the breakfast at Chic-​Fil-​A! The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with fried chicken biscuit and hash brown were to die for! It was delicious, hot, fresh, and the grease was well drained from the chicken, while the biscuit was buttery and crumbled as a biscuit should.
I don’t understand why other chains don’t have a full staff such as Chic. When you walk in there are a ton of staff behind the counter, cleaning the floors and tables, and gentlemen that waits near the bathroom door to clean it at a moments notice! Every other chain should take notice of this behavior and mimic it, immediately!
Not to mention, the price point is great! Less than $ 5 per meal. $ 2.25 for a sandwich! Great spot to maintain a budget!
It was good enough for us to find more chain locations during our trip back home. I really wish we had more locations up where I’m from.

After I asked them to ease make sure that we had everything since we were in the drive through line and it was busy, they said we were good to go.
Got back to my destination and discovered that part of my order was not included. I should know better and check the bag myself, but if I ask you to make sure and you say you did, doesn’t that count?

First time here I ask for well done chicken tender meal, and they give me burnt tenders and the bottom of the barrel of the fries. Totally not edible. After calling and complaining they said they’d make it right for me.
I come back the next day and they only replace the burnt nuggets. You would think that because my WHOLE meal was ruined that They would have enough DECENCY to give me measly drink and a fry for free as well, but not here. They’ll burn your nuggets and your gas. Last time I’ll ever come here again. Totally unethical and stupid as fuck to come all the way back just for a few nuggets. Manager should be fired and replaced with someone that has enough common sense and courtesy to replace everything after the whole meal was ruined.

Chick-​Fil-​A is my favorite fast food restaurant! If you’ve had C.F.A. before then you know «chicken, chicken, and more CHICKEN!!» And I never said that was a bad thing now did I? With C.F.A. there is enough variation of chicken in some meal for everyone to enjoy! Whether it be a salad, sandwich, or nuggets Chick-​Fil-​A is a great place for a bunch of friends or family. And don’t worry, if you aren’t a fan of chicken they have a selection of fries and desserts that don’t consist of chicken. If you are looking for a good dessert at Chick-​Fil-​A I suggest any flavor of the milkshakes.
The service is superb, food is superb, and there is free wi-​fi for those looking to pass time. A great place to get food!

Very nice fast food restaurant near Downtown Disney.
I would say their Chicken Sandwich is the best of any of the fast food places.
However, they are CLOSED on Sunday.
