A little hole in the wall but serves the best home style Turkish Cuisine in Orlando. I prefer it to Bosphorus. They have great service and big portions with rice and salad. You can’t go run with anything but my husband loves the mixed grill(enough for 2 – 3 people).

This place is comparable to Bosphorous as another reviewer states. It is cheaper and has similar menu options but I think this place is a step below Bosphorous in an overall comparison(taste, location, atmosphere). I came here with my girlfriend and we got the mixed grill which comes with a variety of different meats and some vegetables for $ 22. It’s enough food to feed 2 people easily and is probably the greatest value on the menu. The customer service was excellent and server was very attentive. if you are looking for Turkish food at a decent price and a quality quiet dinner then pay this place a visit.

Think of Bosphorous, but affordable. The food is 95% as good(the hummus I thought was better), but it’s also like 60% the cost, and therefore affordable and WAY more enjoyable. I have zero complaints about the food I got(hummus and the mixed grill), I would get the exact same things next time. I was stuffed afterwards and it was under $ 50 for a TON of food. I could easily have taken some food home, but ended up finishing the meat and leaving some of the Greek salad(onions, cabbage, carrots, etc). Just a thoroughly enjoyable experience, I will be back soon.

Food is great. Fresh and tastes excellent. This is a 5 star food(best in Orlando). Make sure you get their fresh baked bread and lamb dishes. Best in town. You can tell fresh ingredients were used and that cook cares a lot about what he is doing. I took one star off because this restaurant really needs a remodeling, it is too dark and outdated. This food is meant to be enjoyed in more decadent setting.

Sorry, but you guys need to change the way you made your Adana kebab, it was one of the worst Adana kebab I ate ever. You need to quit using tomato and/or pepper paste in it. It is a shame on you that you use it to mask the bad flavor of the kebab. Also, there was too much paste in lahmacun too. I also had lamb and chicken kebab and it was overcooked and also marinated in a way it gives a sour taste which I didn’t like. I gave two stars because the hot puffy bread they served was pretty good.

Hidden Gem. Elegant. Awesome Turkish food. Great service. Trust me you don’t want to leave without trying kunefe it’s so good. Taste great with yogurt drink. I would highly recommend this place for families, business meetings, gatherings and for all the occasions if you want to impress. Food is really good and very fresh. I don’t know how you make a chickpea taste like that. Their falafel sandwich was super delicious.

Wow, I have been eating Turkish food for over 10 years but by far this is the best Turkish place I have ever been to, the food is amazing especially their gyros, u can taste the quality and freshness in every single bite, service is amazing, I only gave it 4 stars cause the place needs some work to be done on it.

Great food. We always get the mixed grill for two which is more than enough food for two people. The kabobs are delicious and not over cooked.

Awesome awesome Turkish food. By the far the best Turkish food I have ever had outside Istanbul. The chicken kebab is so moist and juicy to die for. Hummus and bread excellent. This is a small family owned operation with moms cooking flair.

I wasn’t expecting much when we arrived. From the outside this place doesn’t look like much. But don’t let that keep you from dining here. The food is amazing! Portions are huge and the food is high quality. We order the mixed grilled platter for two and three of us could not finish it. Also enjoyed the cold sampler platter with lavash as a starter. Please do not skip the hot tea at the end of your meal. I consider myself a bit of tea snob and I really enjoyed this hot black tea. Finish with the kunefe, a wonderful dessert that has a similar taste to baklava. I will definitely return.

Didn’t even make it to the restaurant. I called to order 2 lunch specials because my job isn’t too far away. The menu for lunch and dinner posted on the website list that they have a beef tenderloin kabob. When I called to order this, the rude Lady argued with me that must have seen the old menu that they have posted on facebook. I told her I saw It in 2 places on the website and she continued to argue with me. I ask her to forget the order and she hung up the phone on me. I don’t care how good a restaurant is, that is horrible customer service and no way to run a business

There aren’t many decent Turkish restaurants in Orlando, this is definitely one of them. Since it’s a family owned business, they’re very friendly and accommodating. The food is made fresh and very flavorful. The giant bread that comes with your meal is always warm, a perfect compliment to their cold appetizers. We usually order the mixed grill, which is overflowing with tender juicy meats, veggies and rice. The décor and lighting may not be as fancy as other places but the real reason for coming here is to enjoy their great food and service.

Cappadocia Turkish Cuisine is a family run business and the food is great. Food: Cooked Fresh — Once they run out ingredients for a dish they are done with that dish. Once they run out of ingredients over all they will close early. So get here at a good hour for dinner on the weekend or call ahead and reserve a table. Ambiance: Turkish Music(Jazz & Rock); Dated Décor

It was a long drive across the city in the rush hour, but worth it. First impression doesn’t reflect the experience later on. Service is homy, looks like entire family is there to help you. Now, what ever we order was excellent. Soslu patlican, sautéed Eggplant; Humus; Falafel and Borek as appetizer equally tasty. Grilled fish, Branzino or Mediterranean Sea Bass was delicious. Dinner end up with Kunefe, as a dessert. Highly recommended as a destination for food lovers.

A FIRSTIMPRESSIONIS A LASTINGIMPRESSION — With that said I will let you know about my experience here today… Earlier this week, one of my fellow foodies mentioned Cappadocia and had raved about the food. I made plans with him to meet for lunch today and invited ALL of the members of our foodie Group on Facebook. 5 people confirmed and there were still a few that might show up last minute so at 11:30 I headed over there to meet up with everybody. When I arrived, a long time friend was there and we went inside to make sure we had a table big enough for everybody. The place was completely empty and when I let the young man know it would be 5 and possibly a couple more, he seemed panicked and went to the kitchen. After hearing a some shouting in their native language the young man and an older woman came out and we were told… «We have a large order and it will be an hour before we can serve your party.» I looked at my friend and we realized that we needed to make other plans real fast. We walked out front and as I was texting the others, someone locked the door and turned off the open sign. At this point a few of the others showed up and we just made on the fly arrangements to all meet up at Saigon Noodle instead. I was really looking forward to some authentic Turkish food and from what I was told, their food is incredible BUT… When you treat customers like they are an inconvenience… We will be glad to take our business elsewhere. I will normally give a place a second chance when I have a bad experience but this will be the exception. You can BET I will NEVEREVER return here and I will NEVEREVER recommend this place to ANY of my friends. If the place was busy and a large party shows up, I can understand an hour wait but with an EMPTY dining room, you encourage us to leave and lock the door behind us… That was RUDE and INEXCUSABLE!

I’m honestly left without words to describe the food after visiting Cappadocia. In fact, the only sounds I can make in reference to the food are a series of salacious grunts and moans as I gaze upon a plate of savory grilled meat. Jesus fucking Christ, Cappadocia is so fucking good. Everything that the pudgy teenage waiter has brought to me has been a delight for the senses. The hollow bread? Good as fuck. The baba ghanoush? Good as fuck. The doner? Good as fuck. You get the picture. If you’re dining with a friend, I would highly recommend getting the mixed grill for two. They also have this yogurt drink called ayran which, you guessed it, is good as fuck.

Freaking delicious! Came here on a whim and left feeling very full and satisfied. My friend and I shared the Mix Plate meant for 2 people and it was perfection. It has a variety of different meats ranging from chicken shish kabob to gyro on a bed of rice, a salad, and two pieces of hollow bread. All the meat was marinated and seasoned so well! Everything was tender and very flavorful so it’s hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to do so, I’d probably pick the gyro meat. The service is a bit slow, but none the less everyone is very kind. They just need to be more attentive to the customers. In total it was $ 29.99 split by two so about $ 15 plus tip. It was definitely worth it for the quality and quantity of food in my opinion. Next time, I want to come back for their lunch menu because almost everything looked like it was under $ 10! Such a great deal for the quality of food.

I must say, I’m never disappointed when I have dinner here. I’ve pretty much tried all of the chicken dishes which are all delicious(esp the«Chicken Adana»)! I actually just got back from dinner not too long ago and felt it was the time to write this review haha Well it is a family run restaurant and they are very polite and sweet! The wife of the owner always checks on the guests/makes sure everything is okay so service is wonderful. Aside from that, the food tastes very homemade. I used to go to Anatolia(now Bosphorus) all the time, but I just feel it’s not what it used to be anymore. Anyway, get the«hollow bread!» You know, the one that’s all puffed up with heat, and once you open it – aroma of goodness. Have it with some hummus :)
