Awesome experience at this Burger King. The manager Kasey who is usually at the window taking orders is extremely personable and friendly. Most fast food restaurants are lacking in the customer service area. Kasey sets an an example for remarkable customer service and it is easy to see why he has been promoted to a manger position. Phenomenal! Keep up the good work guys!

I rarely go to drive thru ’ s but this one was nice. The food was good and fresh and the cashier was very respectable and courteous. The only downside is they forgot to give us straws :(

When I placed my order the man asked if I would like my food fresh. I thought this was an odd question but I said yes, of course. He said it would take a few minutes. No problem. He brought my food to the table when it was ready and it was the best BK I’ve had in a long time. Thanks man working the counter!

Went to this location a few times in 2009-​10 and was never happy upon eating my food when I got home. (If I went here, it was to the drive-​through.) The onion rings I ordered were never hot, and this is on multiple occasions … I’m not talking about one visit here. I’m talking about several. In fact, I remember a few instances when they were not even warm … they were just cold … almost even uncooked. Maybe they were uncooked? Terrible. I’m not going back to this location again, or to any. I don’t do fast food anymore, so unless I’m on death’s doorstep and starving, I don’t see myself visiting Burger King again … especially THIS ONE.
