Went in to do a soda mod exchange at lunch time on Thursday. I was nearly by myself so gotta love the no crowd atmosphere at this time of day!

Whenever I need Tassimo coffee for wifey, I have no choice but to go to BBB. This is the only retailer that sells these capsules. It seems all these BBB stores are cluttered with too many items in the aisles. The clearance area is located in the front as you walk in and you can find decent deals on a variety of items. Be sure to sign up for their mailing list in order to receive 20% off coupons in your inbox. The staff at this location are a lot friendlier than the store in Waterford Lakes. You will find this store conveniently located next to the Florida Mall across from Target.

Yes, I’m actually going to give a Bed Bath & Beyond 5 stars. Well deserved here! The store is clean, organized, and very well lit (I appreciate good lighting. what can I say?). The employees have always been very friendly and helpful here, but one time the service was just really, really outstanding.
I went in and was in a huge hurry. I only had about 15 minutes and I was in desperate need of curtains for one particular window. I knew nothing about curtains. I didn’t know about the rods, how to hang them, how low they should be, what those sheer things were… basically, like I said, I knew nothing. I really wish I could remember the lady’s name who helped me. But she was just wonderful. She explained everything to me in terms I could understand and she told me everything I would need to cover this one particular window. I did at least have the good sense to measure the window and how far the window was from the floor before going in. I found the most lovely curtain (it was one of the black out kind… at least I think that’s what you call them) and one of those sheer things which matched. See? I still really know nothing about curtains! She also helped me pick out a rod that was doubled and explained why it would be easier to use.
When I got home, hubby had everything he need to hang my curtain. He often worked until The Magic Kingdom closed, which meant we did a lot of sleeping during the day. I needed this curtain desperately too block out the daylight. It was perfect!

glad to see its unanimous and not just a good day that I was in there… customer service is FIVE STAR FOR SURE! but for me it also includes management. LOVE these guys

Your typical BBB store. More stuff for your home than you could ever need, but of course one wants it all!
I stopped in for a wedding gift and the person that ended up helping me out was great. Customer service is definitely practiced here!
The only negative was the giant sign on the side of the building cautioning you to lock your car and be aware of your surroundings. Hmmm, has there been trouble in this particular parking lot?
If in the area, I would return to this BBB with no hesitation.

I stopped in real quick on Black Friday to load up on some Keurig coffee for 20% off. The employees were awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful and big smiles on their face for having to work Black Friday. They were even dressed up for in their Christmas Aprons! Rosanna was the cashier and was super pleasant. I usually shop at the Waterford Lakes store, but happen to stop at this one because I visited the Scrapbook store in the plaza. I will definitely make an effort to shop at this one more because the employees really made it a great shopping experience! A+++++ for customer service!

This location has the BEST customer service I have experienced in a longtime. I mean amazing! The staff was very helpful and went out of there way to make my shopping experience great! I always find cool things at Bed Bath and Beyond!
