Interesting how hard it was to find them on Unilocal.I have a feeling they pay Unilocal money to hide their service reviews. Anyway had to guys come to door a second time. I was really rude and told them not interested the wouldnt leave. After five minutes i lose my rudeness and let them talk. I had told them that ATT is a crap company that only gets bad reviews from people I know. They said its the new ATT. Well its not same scam. I told them not interested because i dont want to get locked into a contract. They said no contract. But when you go over it with them theres a termination fee and its a lot of money. So to me its a contact. Anyway i signed up but the next day regained my mind and canceled it. Good thing I have read a lot of complaints just google them. Att thinks they can treat people like shit like when they were a monopoly those days are over. Sad only service we can get is brighthouse. I can see rhem killing off directrv with same lousey terms and service

Avoid this service at all cost! This has been the worst internet service I have ever had. It slower and more unreliable than anything that I have ever used, dial up is better and more stable than this. The sad part for me is that I have DirecTV which is now owned by AT&T. I used to love DirecTV, they were easy to deal with and never had any issues with them. Now I am going to have to lose them because AT&T is so sorry. I have had UVerse internet for less than 30 days. I called this morning to cancel and they said it was going to be $ 180 Early termination fee for canceling in the first year. I explained to the young lady on the phone that this was their issue and not mine so why should I have to pay a fee for service that doesn’t work. Furthermore at no point in time did the salesperson taking my order or the installer tell me there was a early termination fee or a contract commitment. Nor was any literature left with me explaining that there was was. She basically said«sorry for you and your problem but there’s nothing that I can do about it.» I have a case opened with the BBB so hopefully they can get me some resolution.

Have had several incidents open and problem is worse than when initial call was made! Started out with slow internet and now TV(3) is so pixalated I cannot watch normal TV! But On Demand is alright! AT&T not calling back! I guess I will be calling BrightHouse. Right now have phone, cable and Internet and wireless through AT&T.

Do not get this service… they offer you products that you can’t use. For the past 2 years I have been paying for 18 Mbps but only get 2. They claim that as long as you have a internet connection you still need to pay full price for the service. I the upgraded to the 24 Mbps and only got 5. This service is a rip off. Customer service and any supervisor will not help you.
