Ordered a corsage for prom and sent them a picture of my date’s dress and it turned out wonderfully! Everyone loved it and artistic florist did a great job with matching and accessorizing it. Very happy with the outcome.

Mr. Andy, I see you replied to my review and experience with your florist. Let’s clear a few things up for the public. As you stated, yes… I called you on day 5 after receiving my Valentines flowers. I tried to explain my dissatisfaction with them and the fact that they began to wilt and die in a few short days. In my opinion it shouldn’t matter if it were day 2 or 5. Your customer wasn’t happy with the arrangement. Shouldn’t carnations last more that 48 hours?
It’s wonderful that you had «hundreds» of orders and satisfied customers… seems to me one unhappy customer with a small arrangement of red carnations would be a quick, easy and very inexpensive fix. Remember we are not talking dozens of roses or a large funeral type delivery. It would have been such a small gesture on your part to replace it with something/​anything to satisfy the customers because after all isn’t that what a good business does? They don’t bicker about 2 days or 5 days.
And one more thing, I most certainly did notify you before «publicly lamblasting» you. I don’t even know what lamblasting is but it does not sound good. Calling you 5 days after Valentine’s Day is long before posing my review on Unilocal on 2÷28÷15.
You had the chance to do the right thing. You had the chance to make me a satisfied customer and you didn’t.

I live in Maryland and need flowers sent to a business colleague in Orlando. Found Artistic East Orlando Florists on the internet. My colleague called to say that the flowers are beautiful and she (and I) is very pleased. The order was easy to place and the delivery was on time. Would definitely call them again.
