Won’t go anywhere else. My brother recommended Dr. Jones to me and he is terrific – very thorough and explains everything; pleasant, upbeat and funny too. Frame selection is high quality and the staff is very good about dealing with my insurance and ordering frames.

Jordan Jones is THE best. Always friendly and explains everything. Exams are quick and painless. The staff there is great, always helpful in choosing the right frames, etc. I wish all the doctors I dealt with were as awesome as Jordan!
Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my eye exams. Just go there and you’ll see. :)

These reviews are absolutely correct, the Dr. is AMAZING. I don’t wear glasses and he confirmed it. Didn’t try to sell me something I did not need. He has an amazing personality and I would recommend ANYONE to go to him. Probably the best Dr. I have ever been too.

My overall experience was great from setting up my appt. to selecting my glasses. Dr. Jones is very thorough at explaining every proccess. His sense of humor alone…5 stars! I can’t remember the last time I laughed at a doctors office. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. I will defiantly recommend family and friends here.

The eye exam by Dr. Jones is first rate. He is considerate, thorough, efficient and has a sense of humor. At no time did I feel rushed, he is patient, listens attentively, a pleasure to be his patient! I have been to others for this exam, Dr. Jordan is in a class by himself. My wife and I are always pleased with this office.
The selection of frames and options are many… easily accomodating to everyone’s tastes.

Terrible service except the Dr. I went back in December, 2010 and the owner and his brother sold me some Prada sunglasses that were 30% more than the Prada website. I brought this to the owner’s attention and he was like I have to make some money. I couldn’t believe it. I also went for some contact lenses several weeks later, and I realized that the owner gave me some expired trials. Like the other office in River North; the staff is rude and doesn’t know what they are doing. The selection is dated and overpriced because the owner is trying to make money. The owner is busy trying to be America’s Next Top $$$$$ to care about running a business. The eye doctor should consider leaving this business. He is the only thing worth going to see when visiting this office.

I had the best experience here. Everyone was so nice. The doctor «Jordan» explained everything to me during the exam, answered my questions and afterwards him and the staff spent an additional 20 minutes with me helping me pick out my frames because I have a hard time with it. I didn’t feel pressure or rushed to make a decision. I will definitely be returning and recommend them. I usually go to places in the mall for glasses but this was a totally different experience, very personalized with the best care I have ever received, and my glasses were done in only a few days. Make an appointment today, you will walk away totally satisfied.

Everyone here is so nice! The people working are fantastic and really go out of their way to help out customers. I had been looking for some designer glasses to buy and couldn’t find them anywhere in Orland, & when I went to Wear Eyewear they not only found them, but helped me pick a customized frame and then ordered them for me. I definitely recommend this place for glasses!
