I’ve been at this Starbucks numerous times and each time I was disappointed. I always order a Venti but always somehow end up with a Grande. It had happen to me not once but three times now. I’m usually not the type to complain but this last time was the last straw. I ordered my usual venti pumpkin spice latte and surprisingly got an actual Venti this time, however I also ordered a pepperoni foldover. When I arrived at the window the girl had no idea I ordered the foldover then quickly gave me one. As I was driving I noticed one, my foldover was pretty burnt and two, it was a ham and cheese foldover not what I ordered whatsoever. For the price they charge people it should be right every single time. I spend at least $ 10 every single visit and shouldn’t have to feel like it’s not money well spent. From now on I will not be going to this location since I am not receiving the service I should be getting.

Do not visit this drive thru unless you have 15 – 20 minutes to wait. I can’t figure out what it is about this Starbucks that they can’t figure out that a drive thru is for quick service. Honestly, management should be embarrassed. I came on a Sunday once… never again. I was late for church. And once you’re in the line you can’t get out. So don’t do it unless you can wait

The worst Starbucks. Went today the service inside so slow they anyways take care of the drive through I stop going there for over a year Butt ended up going back because my buddy works by there. The tables are always dirty

When I have to head out to my work-place’s insurance broker Horton for training seminars, this is my «secret» Starbucks I love to stop at! It’s never crowded, I can zip in and out of the drive through and they are never out of what I want to order (which has happened at other nearby locations). The staff is always cheerful, friendly and on the ball when I place my order. I’m not in this area too often, but when I do need to travel to Orland Park, I always am sure to build in an extra 15 minutes or so into my commute so I can swing by this Starbucks! It’s my little comforting ritual before sitting through a 4 hour training session!
