My husband and I searched all over the Southwest Suburbs for a new queen size mattress set. Mattress Firm, by far, had the best prices and most knowledgable salespeople. Erik was courteous and helpful, as well as willing to work with us to fu d the best bang for our buck. We walked out extremely happy and with a new Sealy Queen size mattress set at a price much lower than anywhere else in town. As an added bonus, the mattress has a 10 year warranty and price guarantee.

I want to start by saying I’m very picky when it comes to my mattress. I don’t play when it comes to sleep. I walk in the store and I was greeted by a very friendly worker named Tony. He walked with me though out the whole store and talked to me about all the different options I had. I picked out a great bed and it’s all because of Tony.

my wife and i bought a simmons hybrid mattress set. manager john was very knowledgeable without being pushy or over the top. in fact we had just come from carsons where the sales person was on top of us through out us trying to try out mattresses. hello, i dont need someone hovering over us while we are laying down. john was complete opposite. he was there for any questions told us some things about the different styles and let us do our thing. we bought the mattress set and had it delivered within the week. john even followed up with us to make sure everything was ok before and after delivery. outstanding service and kudos to john.

I purchased a bed since I was moving to the city and needed on ASAP. I came in and the manager, John was amazing and very nice. He was not pushy and really helpful. He was able to get the right bed for me and have it delivered. My bed came in way earlier when it was delivered which is even better! I definitely recommend this store to get the best service and great deals!

Really good selection and great deals. The sales guy was knowledgable, friendly, and not pushy. The store was very well kept. I appreciated that the sales guy didn’t follow me around and let me take my time only checking in to see if I had any questions.
