How rude! *in my Stephanie Tanner voice* I shop at Golf Galaxy regularly. Even though I live closer to the Orland store, I often travel to the Downers Grove store. Want to know why??? Because Tom Martin is a rude, angry pants. Yesterday while I was being helped by a very informative and pleasant sales associate; he barked at her to «Come here». He did not say excuse me or apologize to me even after I made it clear that I did not appreciate being treated in this manner. If he treated me, a paying customer, so rudely; I cannot fathom how the sales associated are being treated. He is rude, lacks leadership abilities and I am offended to be in his presence. I will driven an additional 25 miles to Downers Grove in the future.

I like coming to a store that focuses just on golf rather than the much smaller collection of golf paraphernalia you will find in a sporting goods store. That being said, I was looking for a Bears golfing hat with a full brim for my son in law for his birthday. They did not have it so I picked up one without a Bears logo on it. Later, I found what I was looking for online at a general sporting goods store. Go figure.
Still, not a bad place for general shopping although I prefer pro shops at the courses themselves.
