Went for a pedicure today, tried this place because they were open till 6pm… big mistake a waste of $ 25 for me and $ 34 for my girlfriend, she didn’t even clean my cuticles. My girlfriend’s lady had to repaint 4 her finger nails bc she kept messing up and causing lumps. The ladies were not nice we walked in and they didn’t even greet us just said what you doing today. Um ok hi to you too. Yeah we won’t be returning.

I couldn’t stand my cracking heels and mess of a paint job on my toes any longer so I Unilocaled local nail salons and found Polished Lounge to run into for a pedicure. I asked for a Deluxe Pedicure and was offered three types of massage choices, hot stone, coconut salt scrub, and one other, I wasn’t paying attention once I saw hot stone massage and knew that’s what I wanted. Their massage chairs were great and comfy, the massage was awesome and relaxing, and the staff friendly. They have a decent selection of Essie, OPI, and other brands, as well as a whole wall of gel polish colors. And yay, no more cracked heels. My pedicure was awesome and I walked out, tip included, for a total of $ 30.00 and was also offered a sheet of coupons for my return visit which I would have gladly taken if I were coming back to the area in the near future

Best pedicure by Lily! She really took her time and did a perfect job! They also have really great deals, $ 38 for a no chip mani and regular pedi! Can’t beat the price for such great quality!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Polished Lounge. The new layout and design looks adorable– a big upgrade from before, but the quality of the no chip I received was very poor. I was happy with my no chip when I left the salon, but that night two nails chipped! I was so disappointed– it didn’t even last a day! Not only was I frustrated bc they charge $ 40($ 5 more dollars than other local salons) but also bc I had to find the time to go back before a wedding I was attending over the weekend. They fixed my nails for me, but didn’t offer any sort of gift card or coupon for the inconvenience. I just found this pretty surprising considering they are a new salon trying to build their clientele. It is now 4 days later and two more of my nails have chipped– a no chip manicure should last ATLEAST a week. Nail places are a dime a dozen in Orland and to keep customers coming in– you need to give them a reason to come back.
