Save your health and go somewhere else! Yes, some of the midwives and Drs are«nice» but they are too busy to care! Every time I was seen they made me see a different midwife for my pregnancy and then no one got to know me and my health problems. After I had my c-section Claudia Killebrew refused to give me pain meds because once upon a time she knew an addict? I was traumatized by all the pain I suffered and trying to care for a newborn. I also bled non stop for 4 months after delivering and they just said oh yeah fibroids, but did nothing, just left me to bleed. I had to go somewhere else and get help! They don’t care enough, go somewhere else!

As someone who doesn’t have a lot of spare time, this place is the worst. I have NEVER been seen by my doctor sooner than 30 minutes after my scheduled time; today, I waited almost an hour(58 minutes!!!). But when I arrived 17 minutes late for one appointment(I figured I’d save myself the time since I’d be waiting in the lobby that whole time anyway), they rescheduled me because«once you arrive 15 minutes late, we are required to reschedule your appointment.» Needless to say, if I wasn’t already 38 weeks along, I would go elsewhere. I transferred from Mark Saunders because one of his staff members insulted me, but honestly, knowing what I know today, I would have stayed there. While they are friendly, constant tardiness is so unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of respect for the patient. If I have another child, I will NOT be coming back here.

Dr. Ollerton is great. The rest of the staff, including Dr Agard, are terrible. All the young girls that we’ve had to deal with from the receptionist, scheduling, billing, nurses, etc. are completely incompetent. We’ve never not had an issue with billing problems. They have no people skills, no common sense, no respect for their patients’ time and needs. After two babies, we have to move on. It’s too bad because most of the doctors are great. However, they really need to get their heads out of their asses and realize their staff is losing them business.

This office is the greediest, most impersonal, joke of a place I’ve ever witnessed. my wife and I have been on the same insurance since the day we walked into the office. The SAMEINSURANCE. We spend 9 months doing appointments here, we get a date scheduled for induction, we are 4 days from the induction date and the office says«oh sorry the hospitals we deliver at don’t take your insurance you’ll have to find a new OB and deliver at a different hospital… SERIOUSLY??? Why are we wasting our time here if we now have to find a new OB and schedule a new induction date? This is only one of the many problems we have had with this place, we have had appointments scheduled over the phone that they never recorded, at the time of the appointment we have shown up only to have them say an appointment was never made. We have had doctors show up to appointments asking if we had done a strep B test yet, the very test they themselves did 2 weeks ago. It’s a joke, this office is terrible, and I recommend anyone thinking of going here to turn the other direction and look somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place a good review. I gave them a fighting chance – I finally gave up on my third pregnancy. The doctors themselves are knowledgable and kind, and their practice is really modern and fancy, though lately it takes 45 minutes of waiting to be seen. I wish they would separate out into a few smaller practices. The Provo practice is so huge, they just can’t treat you like an individual. I feel like their MO is «we PROBABLY won’t find anything wrong, so let’s not bother checking.» I understand that with a big practice, you have to have some policies in place so you aren’t seeing the same people a thousand times for every little thing, but they are NOT thorough. The nurses act like bouncers that are keeping you from seeing a doctor unless your basically on your deathbed. This attitude led to me having an ectopic pregnancy go too far undiagnosed, and I lost a Fallopian tube. Just because they«probably» wouldn’t have found anything, so they wouldn’t do an ultrasound until it was an emergency situation. I gave them another chance with my current pregnancy, but after today, I’m done. I had some concerns and they refused to see me because I was«probably» fine. Long story short, if you want any sort of personalized care, find somewhere else.

Zero stars! Valley obgyn in Provo Especially Surgery scheduler Dani and Dr. Andrews are Evil liars. The most worthless doctors office We’ve ever been to. Terrible! They made many excuses as to why I couldn’t get a surgery scheduled. They will deny that saying they told us and that us more lies. Dani loves to avoid phone calls and tell the receptionist more lies to convey to us. Pathetic people. Dani is pathetic and Dr. Andrews does not care at all that she says one thing to her patients and does something COMPLETELY different. Do Not Go here. Avoid Valley obgyn Provo like the Black plague it is!
