Michaels craft store in this shopping center helped me host a great birthday for my daughter ! I highly recommend having birthday here if you are thinking about it. Great deal($ 50 with worker to help set up and cleanup and throughout the party). Or the other options @$ 120 with all materials included is a great way to go as well. Those both include invites and thank you’s. My whole crew of girls(13 of them) enjoyed it, and the Michaels employee helping me was excellent !!

Older mall, but plenty of parking, good variety of stores. Right next to the Willamette and Clackamas rivers.

I have stopped here a few time and was happy that today I discovered foot and hand warmers! They were $ 1 each, and will be used for my backpacking weekend in January! They have $ 1 glass candles platforms too which I did mosaics with for cheap Xmas presents. I love coming here for stuff like that. Usually it is around this time.

I’m here at least once a week. It’s a well kept, older strip mall that is currently finishing up some renovation. There is a Rite Aid drug store on one end, The Fisherman’s Supply in the middle, with a Farm Store on the other side(check out the baby chicks in the spring!). Between them are a few nice places to eat, a Michael’s and the Dollar Store. On the outer edge a Starbucks, a bank, Shari’s Restaurant and a Tire Store. So you can pretty much find what ever you are looking for. The only thing missing is a grocery store, which seems odd, but the drug store carries the basic staples such as milk, cereal, pop, etc. There is a back way in and out of the parking lot, over by the Tire store, if you don’t want to go on 99 or it’s busy, the highway traffic can be avoided. The road leads to either the park by the river or back to the downtown area of Oregon City.

Oregon City is a tough nut to crack. For me, anyway. After living in the area for several years, I continue to peel away the onion and find more and more little neighborhoods and stores just minutes from my house. This shopping center doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I’ve become quite fond of some of the stores. For example, the staff at the AT&T store is friendlier and more helpful than any other branch I’ve visited. It always strikes me as odd that this center is in Oregon City, because it is on the west side of I-205 on your way to Milwaukie. I’m here at least a couple times a month, primarily for the retail stores(Fisherman’s, Michael’s and Dollar Tree) and not the restaurants. La Hacienda is OK, but I prefer the options in downtown O.C. or head into Milwaukie.
