Love my pedicures with Jennifer! Always friendly and accommodating for my limited availability, it’s a luxurious experience to get my nails and waxing done here.

My daughter and I have been going to Top Nails for over 2 years. We continue to be treated like a new custom every time we go, which is 1 time a month. Rose, Kelly and Jennifer Are Great! Not only very friendly and fun! They do a great job on Pedicures. The leg and foot massage is heavenly and they keep your feet smooth and your nail perfert. I look forward to seeing them every month and I am never disappointed when I leave!

Basics are alright. Did a walk-​in for a basic mani/​pedi. The lady (name I don’t remember) did my entire mani while I was in the pedicure chair, hunched over while she worked on my hands. Everything else was basic. Nothing extremely well done but nothing low quality.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a new nail place as I always have issues everywhere. So far I went in once and had my nails done it has been a whole month they’re grown out considerably but never lifted once I’m going back today with an actual appointment we’ll see how this works and updates to follow

While this is not what one might consider an «upscale» nail salon, I had a great experience here and I will be returning. The location is very convenient to my home and the staff at the shop were very friendly. My esthetician Jennifer was talkative and I felt like I got to know her, which I really enjoy. The deluxe pedicure was relaxing, the gel manicure looks great, and the chairs were comfy.
This salon has been open for 16 years, so while the décor and «spa-​like atmosphere» could be improved, I am happy to support this local business with such friendly staff.
I would recommend this spa for anyone who isn’t pretentious and is just looking for spa services with great customer relationship-​building.

The ladies are nice, Kim, who helped me was talkative and wanted to get to know me, which I like. But unfortunately her work did not compete with her personality. My nails do not look good at all. I had to go back the next day to get another layer of gel since after a few hours it already started chipping. So Kim was nice enough to do it for me but the problem was that she just put another coat over what was already there. Well of course the second layer started lifting too, only makes sense. So now I have dull nails and I just don’t have the time to go back for a 3^rd time for them to fix it. I will not be returning. too bad

I went there today with my young daughter for a mom daughter treat over spring break. I have been getting my nails done for 16 years and i have NEVER had such an awful job in my whole life!!! I asked for my nails to be squared and they were rounded. I asked for them a little thicker since i am vary hard on my nails, they are vary thin. They are crooked and not even the same lengths. I really don’t think they will last the week. My nails look terrible!!! I stated my concerns to the nail girl she said she would fix them. She did not! I was so upset i was almost in tears so i told the owner of my problems. The owner, nail girl and other employees chat in non American language and tell me they think they look fine to the owner and she wants full payment. Nail lady #2(not mine) says she sees my issues and if i come back later she will fix them for free. No thanks i already learned my lessons today: you are rude, provide poor services, and obviously the customer is not always right. I will go somewhere else tomorrow to see if they can fix them.
P. s. It took 2+ hours for my awful nails!

Best service of any nail salon I’ve been to. I tried 5 other salons first and they all treated me terrible. At Top Nails they are friendly, do great work and are always happy to see you.
Their prices are better than anywhere I’ve been, yet their quality is way higher than other places. I get compliments on my french tips from EVERYONE! Great pedicures with massage chairs and jetted foot soaks for only $ 20! Can’t beat that.
