Super happy with our bike purchase. We had a lot of help. The staff went out of their way to make sure that the frame of the bike was the correct size for me. The bike is outstanding! They also did repairs for our older bike. The prices are fair and they are willing to help with special problems. We will be back to purchase bikes for other family members!

Caught a big screw in my tire. Took entire bike into shop on a Friday afternoon. I told them they could take their time (there were other bikes ahead of me), but they were done in under an hour. They had to replace the inner tube, but checked my tire and said the damage was not bad enough to require a new one. My Significant Other had busted a pedal, so I was shown some pedal choices, and, for my needs, was directed to the cheaper pair! I asked several questions about flats and general cycling. The man helping me (I wish I knew his name so I could give him props!) patiently answered my questions, despite leaving a repair to cash me out.
Flat was $ 18 and some change. Pedals were $ 14. I checked Amazon and these prices are really good… And instant gratification — no shipping!
I could fix my own flat, but supporting a great local business while doing other things with my time is worth every penny.

These guys are rock stars! Every time I call or walk in they are friendly, helpful and professional. If only every business I dealt with provided this kind of service…

Decided to check this place out when I needed a part for my bike. The people were awesome and I got exactly what I needed really quick. Then purchased a couple of additional items which will be handy to have. After having a bad experience at a couple of other places (REI which sucks and is overpriced) with bike related items I was extremely happy to see this place pop up when I searched for it.
They perform a wide range of repair and maintenance for your bike and sell Specialized Bikes too boot. Will I go back? Absolutely!
I wonder why Unilocal didn’t show this place right away and instead wanted me to go to places that were 15+ niles away instead of something within 4 miles of where I am? Unilocal you have some work to do and I am beginning to wonder if you are slanting your results?
