A very cute nostalgic museum-y kinda place that also serves ice cream. Don’t get me wrong. Ice cream is clearly not an after-thought here. No way! They have cones and shakes and flurries and just about every sundae imaginable. Perry’s ice cream(the premium flavors!) and Upstate Farms custard. I had a vanilla custard with chocolate sprinkles. The«small» was as big as my head and creamy, dreamy, delicious! Worth the drive.

Route 20 ice cream has the usual cones, sundaes, flurries, shakes, all are excellent. Equally as good as the ice cream is the museum in the back of the property full of antiques and collectables. And new this year is the 1903 Caboose car for seating, really cool. With Route 20 there is lots to look at while eating your ice cream.

I must have had the birthday cake flurrie 2⁄3 times a week during my pregnancy. It is the best!

I always enjoy coming here for ice cream. It looks like an old time gas station outside complete with pumps and an old rusty tow truck. They have wooden swings all around the place that are so nice to sit on while enjoying your ice cream. They also have tables and extra seating in the back in the museum part. They have delicious soft and hard ice cream in any flavor imaginable and a huge selection of cones, sundaes, and blended concoctions. Yum!

Not good at all! Just got a milkshake that literally is just milk:(I asked the girl working the window if that was indeed my order because it was so soup-like — not to mention it was spilling all over the cup. She said yes but said she would fix it. Okay, that’s fine… Had to wait a bit and when I got it back it was still the same soupy consistency! Plus, they used fake syrup to flavor it even though I asked for a flavor of ice cream they had available… Very strange! Not coming back to this place!

I was ridiculously excited to try this place out! I’ve been waiting months for their opening date and since I was out of town last weekend when they did open for the season, I stopped here during some errand running. They have quite an extensive menu with tons beyond just cones. Soft serve, Perry’s, sundaes… you name it. We only got kiddie soft serves but they were awesome. Nice and creamy without being too much so, and a decent size considering they were kiddies. The place is adorable as well, with lots of automotive memorabilia as the place is themed like an old gas station of sorts. Will DEFINITELY be coming back throughout the summer!

Ice cream is good, but expensive. Really like the old trucks, gas pumps, etc. Do not like the proximity to Southwestern — very loud. Since there are not many choices around I can see why they are busy, but I do think they are expensive.

This place is great. The ice cream is wonderful and so is the atmosphere. Prices are not inflated. It is a restored retro style gas station with only outdoor seating. There are old Texaco gas pumps and a couple of old cars. In the back of the property there was a small building filled with roadside/transportation memorabilia. I only wish I could have gotten fries!
