I would give no stars if I could for the worst customer service in healthcare I’ve ever had. The front desk and the nurse were both rude and saying they were mad that people were still coming in when they were trying to close in front of patients. You don’t work at the mall where it’s inconvenient when someone comes in to shop when it’s time to close — you work in HEALTHCARE. Health problems are a little different. If you don’t want to deal with that then get another job where you sit behind a desk and have no human interaction because your attitude is absolutely terrible.

Very hit or miss on the quality of care and competency. The older registration women there are rude and act like you are bothering them. Some doctors there are good, others… Are not. I had Dr Troy Sasse at one point, man could not focus on anything! He asked what the issue was and half way through, stopped listening and pranced off. Not worth $ 75… Immediate Care is much more professional.

I visited this MASH location on a recent Thursday afternoon because I thought I had a sinus infection. I was seen by the nurse and doctor, received my prescription for anti-biotics, and was out the door in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location. Both Mary, the RN, and Dr. LaFountain(an ER veteran) were great.

Update on this visit. After seeing my regular doctor, I found out they never received the record of my visit to MASH. I found out that MASH sent my records to a doctor I had NOT seen in about 3 years! Additionally, they misspelled my name — big surprise there.
