Cappelli’s has the best ingredients, hands down. My favorite tasting pizza in Orchard Park. Yet, I find myself ordering from elsewhere lately due to two reasons. One, they keep raising their prices to UNGODLY levels. They blame it on the minimum wage increase which we all know is BS… they’re cashing in on a chance to raise their prices and it’s wrong. I can’t justify paying over $ 15 for a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. That’s insane. My second gripe is with the fact that for the past year or so, every pizza I order from them is so sloppily put together. Just received a pizza now where half of it was loaded with cheese and pepperoni, almost falling off the sides, and the other aide had almost no toppings… Two slices had no cheese! It’s not that difficult to put together a pizza. Lower your prices and re train your staff. The quality of the product Cappelli’s has been putting out does not match the prices they are charging.

The tastiest pizza in the suburbs. I love their wings, pepperoni, and of course other treats… Try their taco pizza. Gerard Cappelli runs a tight ship. Great food, friendly staff. I remember when his little girls would appear in commercials — they’re all now in college and likely graduated — I feel old just writing that, but some things age well — I am sure they did and I know the restaurant has also. Stop by, get some hot wings, a glass of loganberry, a pepperoni pizza — -suddenly life’s happier and your stress less.

The pizza is delicious. The crust is very light and isn’t as filling as others. The wings are also on point. I order them extra crispy and they are always made to my liking. Delivery is always very fast.

Not a great place. I tried it many times just in hopes it was a bad day or two of cooking. The pizza is inconsistent first time we had it was a really good pizza after that terrible. Not cooked sauce was not great. Wings are ok and subs and chicken fingers nothing to write home about.

Delicious chicken finger sub and pizzas! Relaxed sit down place with easy takeout. A family favorite.

Had lunch at Cappelli’s today, our first time there, and definitely not our last. I had a panini how I wanted it and it was delicious. The curly fries were really great. Ma had the ravioli with sauce and it came with garlic bread. A lot of food for the price!

I wasn’t going to review this place but I feel cappelled to tell you that this pizza is just ok. You know, like, the power of Christ cappels you? Comparing this place to Imperial is like comparing cappels to oranges. Whether you get good pizza in Buffalo is sort of a Cappshoot. Just make sure that if you are balding, that you go here wearing a baseball Capp, otherwise they will laugh at you. OK, I’ll stop. Pretty good pizza, but not amazing. I enjoyed it but I enjoyed some of the other pizzas in the area even better(Imperial, Pappacenos). I will give this another try next time I am down and in the area. You know the type, the little crusty pepperonis with upturned edges and grease swimming in the middle. Thick cheesy… cheese. You get the idea if you know Buffalo Pizza. Buffalo has some of the best pizza in the world, and this is a pretty good example of it.

Best pizza and wings in town! Gerard Cappelli runs a tight ship. Great food, friendly staff. Only good things to say. If you’re in the South Towns, don’t miss out on this one!

Got the address AND phone number wrong after I repeated it twice. Then offered to «reheat» my order and send it back out after over an hour of waiting for it? Never again.

Not all that great… and not bad either. This place is just your run-of-the-mill pizza place that also serves subs, salads, wings, tacos, and pasta dinners. It’s bright and clean inside and the service is friendly. I had a turkey sub(with lite mayo… and with onions and hot peppers). The roll was toasted perfectly. The ingredients were nice and fresh. And, I liked that it was real provolone cheese… not just the nondescript white slices. Certainly good enough… but also not really memorable.

This is actually a pizza place that has an attached restaurant or eating area to it. In order to enter the eating area, one has to pass by the pizza counter, where people who simply call and place an order wait to have their pizza ready. Passing that area, there is a small dining area for people who actually want to eat their pizza on-site. The pizza is your standard Buffalo-style pizza: crust on the thicker side, and sauce on the heavier side. For people who love this type of pizza, there’s nothing wrong with how they do it. There are options to make one’s own pizza(as is expected), and there are other specialty pizzas as well. We ordered the Power Pizza, which is a white-sauce based pizza, with several different types of vegetables on it. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t stellar either. I guess it was just okay. Nothing to write home about. There is also this weird thing with respect to the service: if one wants to eat on-site, there are waiters that would take care of you, but usually, they come once, and you have to self-serve. If you want an extra drink, then the drink fountain is right there. It’s this weird hybrid between a sit-down restaurant and a fast-food joint. Sometimes, that is cognitively dissonant. Overall, it was an okay experience. It wasn’t bad, but I don’t find it spectacular and exceptional either.

Cappelli’s is my parents’ favorite pizza joint. I’m still trying to figger out why. It reminds me of Domino’s, but with less flavorful crust. Of their signature pies, there’s not a single veggie option. And it’s expensive. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are nice. Pass.

Very Iffy. Hit or miss. Sometimes spectacular and sometimes absolute crap. My husband and I have had a very trying week. Our daughter was due to deliver our second grandchild. and maybe not. Went back and forth.yadayada.etc. Baby came yesterday and because of the issues we elected for take out. WINGS. if you can call them that. were miniscule. Spaghetti was.OK.basic can sauce however this is the only thing I will eat from here. Subs are weirdly put together. They ask for feedback however never respond. Look at their logo. Better places around.maybe.it’s really get difficult to find a decent sub/pizza shop.

Super tasty! I especially love their spaghetti pizza — it’s one of the first things I eat whenever I am back in Buffalo. Crispy crust and cheesy goodness balanced out with just the right amount of spaghetti tossed in sauce. Even though I’m a veggie lover, I somehow don’t miss them in this pizza. The dining area is a little too cafeteria-style to warrant 5 stars for me, but if you’re just going for take-out, then it’s perfect.

This place is delicious. Stopped there on a whim because we were in the area & had an entertainment book coupon. The pizza was awesome & ready pretty fast. The Hubs got a sub sandwich & it was Good. Can’t wait to go back!
