Taco Bell

Terrible service. I went here at around eight at night and the drive thru was full (no big deal). The problem started at the drive thru speaker. Every car in front of me was takin care of and was given their orders as I sat at the speaker box. Every car had left and I was still there. I had to pull up to the window to get some kind of service. No apology, just a bunch of rude employees. They could care less that I waited and they took their time for three items which were thrown together literally. It looked terrible. They are also consistent at getting your order wrong. Even after going to the site to share my experience. .nothing. If you want some kind of food (that’s not yours) with crappy service, go to this taco bell.

3^rd time in a row ordering the taco supreme meal and not getting what I ordered. Got three tacos buy no sour cream or tomatoes. Its frustrating that it happens EVERY TIME. I pay extra for the meal and have yet to get it made properly.

Every single time I come to this place the person working the window is soooo nice. Such great customer service. Most of the time it’s places like this that give you better service than high end restaurants. Keep it up! ;) lunch was tasty! Spicy tostada, a buck, and filling.

I already left a review on Google, and I had the Unilocal app so I felt compelled to write here too. Probably won’t be as copious as the last but I had great service here, usually at other fast food joints I was treat just like any other customer, but Ashley was amazing, so thank you Ashley, you should be everywhere I go to eat.

Not the best Taco Bell. They always seem to be forgetting thing or mixing up my orders

Went to get breakfast this morning, 7:18, 18 mins after opening. The car in front of me just sat there, then left, no food. I waited at the sign to order, no one ever answered, so I pulled up to the window and knocked, a young man came over and said that the mgr called in, so they don’t have any food or any prep ready. So I left and drove across the street to Jack in the Box.
I hope the Taco Bell reads this and realizes what a horrible Mis-​management this store has and makes a change.
The really bad thing, this is the 2^nd time this has happened in the last 6 months.

Excellent Taco Bell! I have been working 18 hour days recently and my daycare provider is close to this Taco Bell. I usually am not a huge fan but this is convenient. I have stopped there about 3 times this week, each time has been outstanding. Some taco bells you go give the impression that every burrito is the same, they just have some generic slop that they throw in, plus it’s been sitting on a heater all day, barely enough to keep it Luke warm. This location though, is excellent! Every time I order, not only can you visually see that each burrito has varying ingredients rather than slop, you can taste it! Plus they are lightning fast and the food is HOT and fresh, I love it! A big thank you to the team last night, when I pulled up I was in total zombie mode. The blonde girl that was at the window had me checked out with my drinks and food ready literally within 30 seconds of getting there, PLUS it was hot and fresh, as always with this location. Fantastic! I have a very physical job and just needed to get home and get some food for my daughter and myself so I could sleep. This crew has no idea how thankful I am for the outstanding customer service, lightning speed and good quality food. THANK YOU!
