5 star service on every level. Sid arrived promptly, addressed our garage door issue efficiently and charged us a very reasonable price. All this on a Saturday! I wish more businesses functioned like Hi Tech.

Our garage door had been acting up for ages (it would go down when we tried to close it until the halfway point and then, would go back up) and we finally decided to call around to get it fixed. My hubs called Hi-​Tech and made arrangements for someone to come to our house today at 4 to take a look at it. The service technician came at 4 on the dot, which I was impressed with, as we all know service technicians have the tendency of making you wait around forever.
The gentleman looked at our garage door and within a minute was able to identify the issue, which I was impressed with, again. He was obviously very knowledgeable and good at his job to be able and pinpoint the issue so quickly without taking a whole lot of time scratching his head and trying to think about it. It took him maybe 10 or 20 minutes max to completely fix the garage door. No gimmicks and no trying to con us into buying extra parts from him. He was in and out in no time, while doing an impeccable job at an affordable price. What I especially liked about him is that he was honest — a trait that is so difficult to come across these days. I hate when someone comes to your home for a service issue and tries to sell you things left and right to make more profit.
I highly recommend this company! We will surely go back if, by chance, our garage door happens to act up in the future. However, with Hi-Tech’s quality work today, I doubt we will be running into any issues any time soon.
