We have been with Susan now for almost a year and have no complaints. She always does a good job on my cats and I think my female «Ally» has come to enjoy her salon day

The Washed Paw is great! Susan has been taking such good care of my huskies for years & they LOVE her! She is professional & her business is top notch. I had used other mobile groomers before her & was disgusted at the lack of quality & lack of compassion in them. I was so thankful when I found her. Simply the best! We’ve used Washed paw since 2009. Susan is always professional, very affordable, punctual, but most importantly, compassionate & loving with our dog, who’s now 11 years old. He is so excited when The Washed Paw van pulls up outside our curb. Super convenient!!!

I can’t tell you how much we LOVE Susan! She has been our 3 Cockapoos groomer for over 5 years now & we have ZERO complaints! In fact, she grooms most of our neighbor’s dogs & I have never heard of any unfavorable comments! She contacts me if there is any changes to her arrival time & has NEVER been a no-​show! I recommend her to all my friends & know her to be trustworthy & a benevolent person!
What I really love about her service is that she grooms my dogs without needing to be in cages waiting their turn like grooming centers, as she finishes each one she brings them back inside our house, it’s so less stressful for my pampered pups!

Used The Washed Paw for the first time on Wednesday for my cat. Susan did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. She was also much more reasonable than my previous mobile groomer. I will be calling her again.

I contacted Susan to ask if she was able to come to my home in North Orange Coutny to groom my 17 year old cat who is, unfortunately, unable to travel to her usual groomer any longer. I received a response, which should’ve been my first red flag, where Susan let me know that North OC was a «bit far for her», even though her website boasts that she serves all of Orange County. I did explain in my email of my cat’s issues and my concerns etc., and she did offer to come help me out. When she arrived at my home, I told her exactly what I needed. My poor kitty needed her nails trimmed, a good wash and dematting, and very good trim of her long haired coat all over (and specified NO lion cut) and her belly trimmed way down, and ears and teeth cleaned. She said it would only take about 30minutes to groom my cat, which should’ve been my second red flag. About 45 minutes later, I was handed my cat, who was literally soaking wet and shivering. Susan’s excuse was that she didn’t want to traumatize my sick 17 year old cat by drying her. Instead she thought it best to give her back to me dripping water from her head to her hind legs, and shivering like crazy. I begrudgingly paid the lady ($ 20 over her advertised price, I guess she had to add more for servicing «all of orange county» that is farther away from wherever she has her regular clients) and couldn’t get her out of my home quick enough. My cat, unfortunately, did not fare too well at the hands of this horrible «cat groomer». I wrapped my cat in warm blankets and tried to get her dry and calm.. As if this were not enough, once my cat did dry, I had the pleasure of discovering what else this «groomer» charged me for that she didn’t actually do. So she shaved my cats belly, then apparently took a chunk of hair out of her back, and that was about it as far giving my cat a good trim as I had requested. She did not trim any of my cats hair at all, her coat was just as long as it was when I entrusted her with this lady. It was such a horrifying experience. My poor kitty did end up quite ill, and thankfully pulled through!!! MY WARNING IS TO ALL OF YOU WITH CATS, DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN!!! I can’t speak for what she does to other animals, but anyone who thinks leaving a 17 year old cat with bad health wet and untrimmed and shivering, cannot have much experience with cats.

Same as Myra… How do you service 2 miles from my house but not at my house? She wasted half my day having me contact her only to then not service the area.

Just want to update you on my groomer Susan and her service. I still use her every 8 weeks. She is always on time and does a perfect job. I would never trust anti e els to care for my Hobie!

Well yeah, she was kind of rude, maybe just straight forward but comes off as rude. I was trying to get someone to come to groom my 80 year old mothers small dog. She lives in Anaheim. I was told she couldn’t come to my area even though Anaheim was listed on her website. I guess not all parts of Anaheim are good enough for her. I give 2 starts because she was very fast to get back to me.

Very rude, I called to inquire information and was told that she would not be able to come in around my area. Are you kidding me???
