The one star is for the service I just received.
Ordered two sandwiches for three people and were given two napkins. When I asked for extra napkins, I was told that I would have to use the gas station towels. I had to press the lady and it was like pulling teeth to get two more napkins.
Good Customer service doesn’t exist here.

I go to school across the street and when I’m in need of some food between class’s this is the place I go to since it’s close affordable and they give you a discount if you have an ID card. The service is has been great and the food tastes good so I’ll be a regular throughout my time at the college across the street.

I’ve been to this subway twice now in the last couple months and both times it has been a good experience. They keep the veggies really cold so your sandwich tastes so good with the crisp cold cucumber slices and lettuce. I like this subway best and prefer it to the other 2 subways on chapman at Tustin and at James.

This subway is in a cute little gas station store and also had a little café which I’ve been meaning to try. Anyways, each time I’ve come here I’ve had this guy make my sandwich and he is not greedy with the stuff. Usually, they put like one piece if chicken that doesn’t even cover half the bread, but he jam packs everything on it! Super awesome. I wish he wore a name tag so I could properly credit him, but it’s a good subway.
