Starbucks

This rating is for the stand-​alone location and not for the one inside the supermarket. I really like this place because they always seem fully staff. It does not matter the time of day, service is fast and friendly. Thanks.

I love Starbucks coffee and usually they provide excellent customer service. This store continuously drops the ball and doesn’t seem to care about their customers.
They rarely call out the names and like to ignore the clients waiting in line.
They need someone to manage this store and turn things around. It’s sad to see so many unsatisfied Customers.

No matter if you come at 5am or 8pm, the people running the drive thru are always in a great mood. They always seem to be happy and the drive thru is so convenient. Sometimes this place can get crowded around 7am, but they do their best to work quickly and efficiently. I always come here out of sheer convenience but the employees are always so nice and cheerful.

On a Sunday night I decided to go to Starbucks just to get a coffee. I went through the Starbucks drive-​thru and there was no wait time. By the time that I got to the window my drinks were ready. The employee at the window was really nice and cheerful.

I used to come to this Starbucks location a lot before the drive thru location opened up in the same parking lot /​strip mall area. I got tired of poor customer service at the drive thru location and swore off Starbucks for a while — The one inside Vons tends to be crowded sometimes. BUT… this morning I decided to go back to this kiosk because I was craving a toffee nut americano and some caffeine. I was helped by Kathleen, as per my usual past visits here, and I was impressed that she remembered me after me being MIA for the last 8 or so months. She was very kind and friendly and made my drink perfect to order (much to my surprise, she remembered how I liked it — Easy water so I have enough room for milk).
I’ll back back to this location whenever I need my Java fix before work because Kathleen’s customer service is impeccable and does not compare to the other locations in the area!

This is a little Starbucks kiosk inside the Vons grocery.
Seems to me that the selection of drinks is the same. No hot foods, but they do have some baked treats like the raspberry pound cake and strawberry cake pops.
There is only one employee, so I can see how it could get slow. But Laura D was excellent. Very friendly and on top of things. I got my drink quickly even with two other patrons to wait on.
The bonus is that you can also rack up Vons reward points with your Starbucks purchases.
