Ordered Pizza on Dec 31 at 9:15 pm. Being a busy day, they were able to fulfill my order in 10 minutes. Great staff and friendly service. Highly recommended over Valentino’s pizza.

I like Pizza Hut for their pizza, but this location is absolutely terrible in terms of service. Delivery is late, pretty much without exception. They’re error-prone and have given me the wrong pizza several times in the past. They don’t honor most of the coupons you’ll receive through email promotions. I can only conclude that management at this location is lazy and cheap(they have a Help Wanted sign up almost constantly, so you figure there’s high turnover)… unfortunately, this is the only Pizza Hut that will deliver to my part of Orange, so it looks like I’m going to get real familiar with Round Table and Domino’s in the near future.

Order online and pizza never came and the girl answering phone was arguing with me that her driver told her that we told him that we did not order a pizza when he must have went to the wrong address instead of her listening to what I was telling her she was listening to her driver instead of just saying that he was at the wrong address she was arguing with me about it I’ve ordered pizza from here several times before but I will never order from this place ever again thanks to the girl on the phone on the night of November 4 @ 8:00 good by Pizza Hut hello Dominos!

Ordered pepperoni pizza online tonight and had it delivered. Delivery guy was on time and a nice guy. Pizza sucked. Cheese was not fully melted and the pizza dough was really soft. Almost tasted like the whole pizza was under cooked. It just fell apart when you picked up a slice. No one finished their pieces. Pretty gross. Large pepperoni plus taxes and delivery fee was $ 18. What a waste.

The pizza and delivery are fine. Delivery times are reasonable, and our usual delivery guy doesn’t mind our friendly dog sniffing at the boxes. HOWEVER, they never accept the online coupons I receive from . The coupons even say they are accepted at this location, but when I put the offer code in, I get an error saying this location does not honor the code… even $ 1 off a single pizza codes. How cheap can you be?

On a Sunday night, the delivery time was 53 minutes. We ordered online thru the Pizza Hut app, so there should be no question about what we wanted on the pizzas. The delivery guy was polite enough, but the pizzas did not have the toppings we ordered.

This place is too small for dining in. It’s more of a take out Pizza Hut. I ordered online and they promptly had my order when I came to pick up the pizza. The workers are just average and usually it’s empty inside.

Ordered pizza and wings online. Email notification that pizza would be ready at 6:11pm. Left home and arrived at Pizza Hut at about 6:10pm. Told cashier the name of my order and paid the balance immediately. Was told to wait while the cashier went to check on my order… A little bit of panic and commotion could be seen as she couldn’t find my order. She then went to the young man on the prep line, and I could hear him say«she didn’t make it?!?»… Then some shaking of heads and I watched as my pizza order was just started… Time passes and many other orders are picked up and at about 6:27pm I see them boxing what looks like my order. Turns out it is mine boxes open confirming the order but by this time I’m already frustrated and say nothing on my way out. Come home to bring dinner to my craving hungry pregnant wife… And the pizza seems a but rushly made and a bit under cooked. Unacceptable I opted to heat the oven up to 400 and recook the pizza. This angered my wife and she wanted to call as no apologies were ever made. No explanation of the situation or delay was ever said. So my husband got back home and he was late and that really did not bother me, but he told me they did not have the pizza ready so he had to wait I still was not upset I was just happy the pizza was here. Then when I took a bit into the pizza it was under cooked. So I then called Pizza Hut and I spoke with the supervisor Rosie Mendoza and she said I just walked in I don’t know what’s going on but I explained the situation and she did not care she just tried to explain and give excuses not hearing me out and giving customer service and understanding that this is not expectable, all she did was give me excuses and personally when working in customer service you do not just brush it off and then hang up on a customer. Then I called back again and they did not pick up Then I called on a different number and they answered this time it was the Manager Claudia Frenches and she did not fix the situation if anything she just made it worse again stating that they explained to my husband that the pizza issue when in fact he was not told anything and she said the pizza was cooked and she stood by that and did not even apologize that for a slight chance because they rushed the order that could be possible normal customer service would say I am sorry u feel that way here is what we can do not go in defense mode and accuse your paying customer that I was lying. No care of getting me sick, when I asked her to call the owner she laughed at me and said I am not going to do that. I asked because she would not let me know when he was in so really she was trying to hide the fact she fails as a manager. It would have not been so bad if she listened and apologized and then gave solutions. She did give options later after denying everything but at that moment anything she said would not make a difference because she had so much opportunity to give great customer service and she failed and because I was so upset she just gave up and gave solutions because she was only saving her job! And their is more and I will send the call I have on audio recording, to corporate and the digital track record to corporate because the owner does not care about the customer service and I believe corporate will hopefully care and this store needs to hire more people that have more customer service experience. Their are to many people who need jobs and if they do not want to do their job they need to be fired! The sad part was that the manager really needs to go back to school because she does not no the difference between inconvenience and convenience and she stated in the call that she said sorry for the convenience and it was not because of it was I would not have had the issues if she just did her job and not give excuse for her staff. Personally we were better going to the grocery store and picking up frozen pizza and it would have been made better and not have to deal with idiots who need to either be retrained or be fired!!!

Worst pizza ever. It’s overpriced for what you get. I ordered a large pizza with cheese bread just to cost me 24.99 !! I can go to little Ceasars and get 4 large pizzas for that! Never eating there again.

Worst customer service and delivery time ever. I ordered a pizza at 8pm and its is now 10pm and I have not yet to receive my order. I tried to cancel my order various times and kept being clicked on. Finally got a hold of someone and said they couldn’t do anything about it besides, call tomorrow and file a complaint. Would not recommend going to this Pizza Hut. I’ve ordered from other Pizza Huts before with no problem, will never order from here again.

Ordered pizza 12÷30÷14 from this Pizza Hut and they ran out of my pizza. Requested a discount for an alternate pizza and the shift manager refused according to the associate Itzel. Request to speak to the general manager, Anna was to no avail. How does a pizza restaurant run out of their core product(pizza) and doesn’t extend a courtesy to their customers for their poor planning and/or ordering procedures. Pizza Hut is higher than their competitors so I’ll take my business elsewhere and save money in the process. SHAMEONYOUPIZZAHUT!!!

When it’s the middle of the week and you’re clearly not busy why in the hell does it take 10 mins for someone to come to the front to help you!!! These people are obviously busy doing other things and not making pizza because on top of that once someone finally helped me, they tell me I need to wait another 10 mins or so because they got my order wrong! She said u either wait or we give you what we made you!!! Excuse me… and she’s management!!! Where did pizza hut train this broad??? Last time I ever come here!

DONOTORDERFROMTHISPLACE. Crappiest service I have ever experienced from an eatery. Ordered a pizza around 6:50 and it said that it should be delivered at 7:26. Where the heck is my order? It’s been an hour past the delivery time and the location isn’t far from my home. Called multiple times to get some info on my order, but no one answers the phone. I don’t know if there is a shortage of staff or this place just plain sucks. When they finally answered the phone they said it has been on its way. How long does it take to get deliver if you are in a 2 – 3 mile radius?! JUSTORDERFROM A DIFFERENTPIZZAHUTORANOTHERPIZZAPLACE. Not worth it. Read the other reviews if you don’t believe me. When I finally got the order they didn’t even have the marinara sauce for my breadsticks! Crap service!

This is horrible. Took 1.5 hours to get here and arrived cold, must be a shortage of sausage and mushrooms because there wasn’t much on the pizza. Tried to call … on hold for ten minutes and still no answer. Order from Wise Guys or Domino’s… this place us awful. If there was an option for no stars;, they get it!

Ordered ONE pizza from this location last night. One. At 9pm, so not the dinner rush time. One pizza, with one topping. How hard can this be. Watching the tracker thing online, it says someone left the store with my order at 9:25. Estimated delivery is 9:39. 10:00 rolls around, and I call to ask where my pizza is. They tell me that the driver hasn’t even LEFTYET. So I tell them I’m just going to go pick it up, because the place is right down the street. I go to pick it up, and I’m standing in this EMPTY Pizza Hut for at least five minutes before someone finally walks out with my pizza, THROWSIT on the counter, and walks away into the back without a word. As I’m going to the car, the driver finally pulls up, and if looks could kill, I would’ve spontaneously combusted. Sorry for doing your job for you, JERK.
