The Patio Outlet is beyond wonderful!
Not only do they have the most amazing selection of patio furniture and fire pit tables at a great price… they have the BIGGEST hearts as well! My daughter has cerebral palsy and is unable to walk. Chris the owner; and his team Corey and seamstress customized her beach wheelchair cushions and supports so that she could be comfortable and access the beach! They were fast and so kind during the process. I would not go anywhere else but The Patio Outlet for all your needs! I can’t say enough about this company and their willingness to go the distance to make you happy! We will be back for all our patio needs… check them out!

Cory was the one that helped us and he was very easy to work with. Patient and willing to show us all the different options available. While he does have inventory in stock the true value of his business is that he can custom build the outdoor furniture for you.
We were on a short timeline as we needed the furniture for a party. Cory gave us a date to have it built and delivered and then he beat it by a couple of days — much to our pleasure. The delivery crew were friendly and courteous and the finished product was excellent.
On a side note we learned that he provides a lot of the furniture used in model homes and commercial properties. It makes total sense now why those model homes have the nicest furniture!
We’ll be back due to everything — the service, the quality of the products and the selection.

I called and shopped around a bit and luckily came across the Patio Outlet. I called and fortunately I came in contact with Cory who was a pleasure to speak with. In most cases, when calling a business it seems they never have time 1) to give you a quote 2) thoroughly discuss the procedure and 3) answer several questions without giving the sense that they want to get off the phone. Believe me I ask questions and look for a good/​fair price. I found it here along with a very good warranty not only on their product but as well as their labor.
As most of us, I was restricted with time so Cory sent out swatches of fabric to my home so I could decide on what fabric to use. This was actually better, because not only could I see how it matches with my furniture but how it looks throughout the day in different lighting scenarios. Cory was so easy to deal with, no pressure what so ever like most sales folks, and he followed up as promised. Cory is honest and even told me that I didn’t need to spend the extra money to refinish the paint on my existing patio furniture and gave advice on how to treat it to make it look better and last longer. Again, this is because Cory is a true professional, honest and has integrity and treats his customers with respect and dignity. My furniture was picked up and delivered by two different drivers whom were professional, called prior to arrival and were on time as promised. I never had to even come in to the showroom.

Excellent service from Corey, problem with chairs, they were picked up and replaced with no questions. Definitely recommend the furniture which lasts outside in sun and rain.

This place was great. Corey helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We loved that we could customize it to our needs. We are very happy with the table and chairs. Time to save up for an outdoor couch!

We shopped around to multiple patio stores and this was by far the best option! Completely custom made, they are able to raise the height of the club chairs that we chose for our tall family! My in laws bought furniture here a few years ago and it still looks brand new. Would highly recommend this place, well worth a long drive.

The prices suck! Definitely not a outlet feel on the price! 1 love seat was around $ 500-​$ 600 that’s crazy?! I won’t be coming into the store because I’m trying to find a bargain and this would not be it! Walmart here I come!!!

Cane here just to look… ended up purchasing a whole patio set (sectional, fire pit, rocker ad matching cusions). The sales associate was very helpful and attentive to our needs. They even worked with us on the price to fit our budget. We are definitely coming back for more and referring our friends!

Kendra was very friendly and accommodating. She showed us the build area and the powder coating room. I was very impressed with the operation and scale.
Showroom is very clean but not as large as the photos make it appear. Selection on the floor is also very limited. Everything sort of looks the same, so if you’re creatively challenged like I am, then a catalog or two would be helpful.
Prices are pretty high for a «factory» direct place. What I was seeing and what I was quoted for various models and builds was almost double what I had in mind.
The materials were very nice and the cushions were comfortable. I liked the flexibility in their building options and the fire/​water options were nice to look at though a few were somewhat elaborate, borderline gaudy.
Maybe I’m just too simple for a place like this. I didn’t need or want anything on this scale, but that isn’t to say that what’s offered here isn’t good. It’s just not for me.

We went to Patio Outlet this Memorial day. I and the wife were just wanting to have a patio dinning set touring that afternoon. However, when our first stop at Patio Outlet, we were so satisfied with the quality of those furniture demonstrated on the floor and decided not to go our next stop.
Moreover, that — Cory who was so professional and patient of helping us to find a suitable dinning set, considering the size, the future expansion, etc.
We were so happy that we came in that day and saved us more time.

I went into store to browse. Store is amazing. I ended up getting beautiful patio set and fire pit. Cory helped me put it all together. Making my fire pit exactly how I want it. This was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture.
Everything is made right there so you can get exactly what you want. I recommend this store very highly for all outdoor furniture needs. Will never go anywhere else thank you Cory I appreciate your expertise. Will post picture when all is in place.

Cory and other staff members were really helpful through the experience. We were concerned whether our patio is big enough to fit full dining table and Cory gave us customizable options and even offered to have a driver take a chair to our place so we can see if it’ll fit! WOW. For the quality and custom table and chairs, their prices were great. Awesome place, will come back.

Came here on a google search. The furniture is top quality. They can custom all of it as they are the factory. Beautiful fabrics and modern to traditional designs to pick from. Kendra was a huge help. The best part was the reasonable price for the quality. Spent more than I planned but well worth it.

We were delayed by our landscape contractor by 6 weeks and Cory was very helpful to hold our delivery until we were ready. The quality is superb and we love the sun proof fabric.

I bought a Laguna Bistro set more than 10 years ago. Today is the third time I am buying new cushion’s for this set. The last two sets of cushion’s lasted at least 10 years exposed to the elements. As for my bistro Set, that still looks like new. I am amazed that I have gone thru 2 mass produced patio sets and still have my Bistro Set that is far more superior in quality and materials. From dust storms, to rain, to snow this set has not lost its finish or the great design that they still sell at their store today. I would never be able to get replacement fusions for the first patio set I ordered… Made in China, these are made in USA. I highly recommend buying from this company, great product.

Corey and his team stand by the Patio Outlet warranty. I had some challenges with some bar chairs I bought 7 years ago. Not only did Patio outlet agree to fix the problem, they also picked up the chairs from my house. They fixed the problem within 3 days, then delivered the chairs back to my house. Absolutely fabulous product and great customer service — glad that my backyard is full of Patio outlet product from an outdoor dining table, to chase lounges, to the bar chairs.
