This is the cutest place! We had afternoon tea and it was awesome! The food was good, the service was good, and we had a blast!

The décor of Paris In A Cup is very dainty, feminine, and cute. They have a small storefront boutique with an assortment of girly gifts. My most recent visit, however, was to have tea with a group of girlfriends. The girl in charge of organizing the get-together said that she had to book 1 month in advance due to the restricted hours and popularity. My review: the iced house tea(passionfruit) and summer in paris hot tea were both very good. My party chose a lot of fruity teas, which were all good. From my understanding, the group got 3 varieties of teas included with our meals, as long as we ordered something from the tea fare menu. One girl had eaten lunch and chose a dessert instead, and had a $ 6 beverage charge tacked at the end of her bill because she had some of the tea. I ordered the Madame de Pompadour($ 16) which included three tea sandwiches and a salad or soup(I chose the salad) and unlimited tea. To be completely frank, the sandwiches left much to be desired. Don’t get me wrong — I absolutely love cute things and the tiny portions didn’t bother me in the slightest. It’s that the sandwiches were all dry and flavorless. Even the tiny croissant chicken salad sandwich, though buttery and flaky, was bland. The cucumber one(shaped in a cute heart) was probably the worst offender. I had to drink some tea to wash down the dry bread. Overall, it was a cute place to meet with girlfriends for the experience more than anything. But the food was quite below average. The tea was very good though, I enjoyed it, and I liked how the servers brought us classic syrup to add to our iced tea. I could see this being a great venue for an afternoon with mom or sisters, but I don’t think I’d return here for any other reason. The food, for the cost, was highly disappointing although everything else was great.

Very cute — an authentic tea room that is beautifully decorated and accented with lots of Paris themed decorations! The tea was hot and delicious and there were many to choose from! The scones and tea sandwiches were delicious and freshly prepared! I thoroughly enjoyed it and if you enjoy Tea Rooms like I do I highly recommend it!

I love this place! We love the food and the décor and love having a nice place to spend time with our friends. Their croissants are home made and are amazing. I also love the savory scones and potato soup. My dad won’t go with us for tea but he loves the desserts so I always bring him a box of petit fours. We have been to tea dozens of times and are planning to go back soon. Can’t wait! Everyone we bring with us loves it too and they go back with their friends. We also really enjoy the special menu teas for Mother’s Day and Christmas. They have set menus and the food is always fabulous. We hosted a wonderful baby shower at Paris in a Cup. I think the pricing is fair for this especially when you compare it to other venues that we have hosted showers at and you have the whole place to yourselves. We had a great time and the food was good as usual.

Came here for a bridal shower. Customer service wasn’t the best and a super long wait to be helped. Probably won’t be going here again.

Ordered tea for two. Finger sandwiches were dry and tasteless, fruit(only whipped cream inside and one blueberry on the top) tarts were soggy, all desserts taste bland. The service was not good at all. There was one server during busy Friday lunch. The server came three times: to get order(took at least 10 min to come to our table), to bring tea and food, and to bring receipt. That’s it. Will not come back.

I love this little place. I have been there twice already and will be going again some time in July. So yeah, make your reservations at least a month or so in advance. The owner of this little café is a big supporter of dog rescues, and she graciously helped us host a lovely little fundraiser for the Dog Rescue I volunteer with. It was great working with her. We reserved the entire restaurant for our event and had two separate seatings for all our guests and supporters. Everyone adored the venue and loved the delicious food. They have a wonderful selection of tea, pastries, salads, sandwiches, scones, quiches, and more! My second experience with Paris in a Cup was a club gathering for fans of the book and tv series Outlander. Since season 2 was taking place in Paris, France… I coordinated a gathering for the club to meet up at the café. Such fun! The owner and the staff have always been friendly, accommodating and on point. I highly recommend this little café for special events. My third experience will just be a small group of friends and I, so no big special event. I’ve always ordered the sandwiches, but this time I am going for the tiered Sandwich & Scones tower!

OMG!!! The most romantic tea shop you ever want to visit! Let’s start with the amazing finger sandwiches. The chicken salad on a buttery croissant: GLORIOUS! The Cucumber and Cream cheese: SALIVATING! The turkey with the yummy spread: OUTRAGEOUS! The chocolate cups filled with chocolate? GENIUS! The tea was the best tasting tea. The service: okay, so here it goes: I called ahead of time to let them know that I would be ordering in French(wanted to impress my honey) they didn’t speak french but would act like they understood. It came off without a hitch and boy was he impressed! In other words, the staff is wonderful! This was a surprise three event day and this was his favorite he is retiring from LAPD and moving to Nevada so I wanted everything to be special and this place outdid itself. WEWILLBEBACK

We went to this place to meet up for friends, we told the host that will be for 4 person. Unexpectedly, we have 3 more person show up to join with us. Our host is not friendly aka rude and snotty, she told us that next time we can’ t get seat if we just walked in the restaurant without reservationand today this place was empty only 3 table fill in. Our server was nice Love the ambiance for this place, french onion soup was good, sandwich just ok, choc ganache cake was good not that sweet, all the foods its in the pricey side. Tea just average. I always love to stroll in orange circle area trying all the restaurant. Its cute décor and nice place but not worth it for come back especially for the rude host.

My husband arranged for me to have my baby shower here and I was really looking forward it, as I love tea rooms. The place is definitely not cheap($ 1200) for 3 hrs, but I only get one baby shower, right? I cannot speak to the interaction before the day of the event(my mother coordinated that), but I can say that I was really disappointed in how we were treated and rushed. It was emphasized«your guest need to be OUT by 2»(so they could prepare for their afternoon reservations), which was fine, but instead what we got was our food rushed out to us at such a pace that many of my guest had no time to enjoy it. My mother didn’t even get to eat her desserts before they whisked them away. So, eventhough we paid through 2, they had served everything well before 1 and started collecting items in such as way as to get us out the door. They even went as far as to tell my mother to pull a vehicle up to the back as I was opening gifts so that gifts could be loaded as I was opening them. I found that very insulting… it really robbed me of an enjoyable and relaxing time with guest… many of which had traveled from very far to be there. I felt so bad, we actually took our out of town guests elsewhere to hangout afterwards, because it ended so abruptly. My friends are extremely positive and loving people, but even they observed the behavior and made comments about it unsolicited(so it was not just my perception). When my husband and I went back to convey our concerns to the manager, Brandy(the one who we’d been coordinating with since the beginning) was completely unapologetic and basically told us, that we were mistaken. At this point I’m sorry that I cannot recommend such a beautiful venue. I lead a lot of womens events for my church and I was hoping this would be a good place for us to come. I will never return.

My daughter took me to Paris in a Cup for my birthday. I had been wanting to come here for years and was so excited to be able to go. The inside was every little & even big girls dream. The teas are wonderful and all the little eats were great. I have to say the service is amazing but I guess for the price what do you expect. I do wish to go back again soon. The scones are to die for! In all my girls gave me a Happy Birthday I will not forget.

I have always wanted to try Paris in a Cup. I love the whole idea of tea time and small finger sandwiches and gossiping with your girlfriends. My sister and I took my Mom here for her birthday and we loved it, the experience was great. All of us got dressed up in little cute dresses, my Mom had a blast. They have a large array of teas from black teas to green. My favorite was the Marie Antoinette(black tea) and the Les de Sables — green tea, rose petals and summer fruits. Even though everything is bite size, it really does fill you up. We started with an appetizer. Roasted Tomato & Goat Cheese Galette– flakey pastry baked with zesty tomato sauce, goat cheese, and assorted roasted tomatoes. $ 10.00. The galette had a thin pizza feel to it, tasty but simple. My Mom and I both ordered the Marie Antoinette– warm scones with 3-citrus curd, crème and jam, a cup of one of our delicious soups, four assorted tea sandwiches, a petite green salad, and finish with petit fours. Includes tea choice $ 36.00. This was excellent the scones were fresh and I loved the citrus curd. My favorite was the baked potato soup,(which is one of their most popular items.) And the chicken salad croissant tea sandwich. And my sister ordered François-chicken breast, tomato, basil and pesto aioli on a toasted baguette. Served with your choice of one of our daily soups or petite salad. $ 17.00. The chicken sandwich was good but I preferred the tea sandwiches and scones. By the end we were so full and spent over 3 hours there. The service was amazing, everyone was very attentive. I would love to go back again for another special occasion. If you want to visit make sure to make a reservation they fill up quickly.

We had our meeting here today, and it was lovely. You can ask the owner about holding your company meetings here on days the shop would normally be closed. The staff is very nice, and the owner is very sweet. I picked up hard to find candy, and flavored syrups. The coffee was excellent. The food we are was tasty too. I definitely recommend having your meetings here. If I am ever in the area, during their regular business hours, I would definitely stop in.

The ambiance and service were outstanding. It’s quaint with a great variety of teas to choose from. The food was quite good, especially the scones and the dessert. The sandwiches were good, but the draw to return would definitely be for the scones with crème fraîche

Good luck if you can find parking as its in the middle of Old Towne Orange. The place is really cute. We got the«Tea for Two» and the desserts were too pretty to eat. The sandwiches were good; I didn’t particularly like the ham one, but you can sub out for turkey. The best sandwich was the open-faced cucumber one carved into a little teapot shape. We were commenting on how we can eating a while plate of them. While my friends got the French breakfast, English Breakfast, and Fruits of Summer(decaf), I had the Hepburn and it was excellent and smooth. It didn’t need sugar/honey or cream/milk, but even with those, it was still really noms. The service was great: very attentive servers who cared about what allergies we may have and even went to measures to swap out jams and remake the chicken salad so there weren’t nuts. The reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the seating. We had reservations and they cannot seat you until everyone showed up. If seating was an issue, why were there parties of 2 at tables for 4 and why did a reservation of 4 get seated when only 2 people showed up? They need to have an accommodating space for people to wait. The store is tiny with a lot of delicate items. For cold winter days, I hope they didn’t expect us to wait outside. Other than this, everything else is terrific.

Took a daughter here for a 10 year old birthday party and tea. After arriving we where told the restaurant is not kid friendly, specifically to let the kid know no my to touch the items in the boutique for sale. If the party wasn’t planned we would have left. The servers where nice but the kids didn’t like the food. We will not return Disappointed

This place is absolutely adorable! The décor was really pretty, the servers were fantastic, the crème brûlée was the BEST I’ve ever had. It was even the tiniest bit cold in the middle and it was STILL the best ever. Very strong vanilla bean taste. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything was FANTASTIC– except the owner. She was working the front of the store and was quite rude/cold/indifferent to my friend and her daughter. Her staff was apologetic when we mentioned how we were treated– this was just strange to experience. As a business owner, I’m used to providing excellent customer service, especially to walk-ins. We almost elected not to dine here but decided not to let a snarky attitude keep us from trying it out. I’m glad we gave it a shot, because it was really magical. This would be a perfect place for a shower, birthday luncheon, etc. We will be back for sure!

The food was great! I was here for a bridal shower and loved the place but must say I did not like the service/staff. First thing walking in the door the employees are talking bad and complaining that the bride to be is late and that«well we did our job» second they were not too friendly and seemed to be just about the money. They were quick to clear the tables and kept rolling their eyes trying to get us out. Yes, I understand you have other parties booked but really?! Book the parties to give the one before enough time to get out. Try to be a little more people friendly, if you don’t like your job then don’t be there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to book parties at but sure I will swing by for tea sometime.

I have been to Paris in a Cup many, many times. Most recently(a couple of weeks ago), I took my goddaughter there to celebrate her high school graduation. This tea house has a Parisian theme as you might have guessed by the name and is located in Historic Old Towne Orange. Just inside the door is a boutique with all kinds of teas and treasures to purchase. In the back is the tea room that is just as charming as the boutique. As always, everything was delicious and beautiful. Neither of us drink tea so we had lemonade. I am obsessed with the lemonade! They make it with fresh lemons and simple syrup infused with vanilla bean. The best part is that they leave a carafe on your table for refills. On to the food… we ordered the Tea For Two. It was $ 22.50 per person and included scones, crème and jam. We each got a traditional cucumber sandwich, one with ham in it and my favorite, chicken salad on a mini croissant. We each also received three mini desserts… a chocolate teacup, mini cheesecake and mini tart. What a great value for the price! I will definitely be back for any excuse I can think of… a friend’s birthday, Mother’s Day, holiday tea, graduation celebrations or just to get out of the office for a quick excursion to Paris!

My son and I came by here the other day after some shopping at Old Towne Orange. It was so nice to get out of the heat and get some chocolate and water. On this visit, the chocolate was wonderful. My son loves milk chocolate and ordered the double fudge and the other was a chocolate mousse. Both pieces were fresh and delicious. After we got home, we really wished we had ordered more. We also noticed that the service was friendly here. My son was helped by a really nice employee. She made sure my son got exactly what he wanted. We enjoyed talking with the staff, and both employees went out of their way to make our short visit really pleasant. We look forward to coming back and having lunch here sometime. We’ve heard the food is really good. We also can’t wait to try those desserts!
