I bought flowers for my friend after she had surgery and had them sent to her house. The florist forgot to include the card with the flowers so my friend had no idea who the flowers were from. After she posted online thanking whoever sent her the flowers I called the florist and the person I talked to didn’t say sorry about forgetting the card. She just said, «your friend wouldn’t know who sent them anyway because you didn’t sign your name». I then told her I signed my nickname and she said, «oh, I guess I can call and read the card to your friend.» I understand that mistakes happen but I wish they would of said sorry. The flowers were beautiful though and my friend liked them a lot.

I bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Mothers Day. They were beautiful and the staff at The Enchanted Florist was very helpful. It was the Friday before Mothers Day and the staff there had their sleeves rolled up and were busy making arrangements and attending to customers such as myself. Friendly, fun, convenient, (right off the circle in Old Town Orange,) plus they know their stuff! Thank you ENCHANTED FLORIST!

I came here trying to get my mom a bouquet of flowers and it took the old lady 3 minutes to even say hi, I told her I wanted a bouquet, she asked what kind and I said I didn’t know, I’m not a god damn florist, you are. She laughed and said hold on a minute and answered the phone. Useless. I’m pissed, I’ll never come here again.

Just received a beautiful pink flower arrangement last week or now 10 days ago and i wanted to say how amazing it still looks. It has lasted and looks as good as day it arrived. I had to write a review because i just don’t get this with flowers and after having surgery all my other arrangements are dead and gone. This one came later but has lasted so well and i live the flowers and cute butterfly. Great flowers and thank you so much for brightening my day

I spent nearly $ 200 on a rose arrangement, took proper care of them, and they were all dead within 3 days. These flowers did not look fresh when I picked them up, but I had no idea I was spending so much money on flowers that were at the end of their life. Also the vase they tried to give me was cracked and I had to request a new one. Do not buy flowers here, this was such a waste of money.

Enchanted Florist is amazing! Quality bouquets and centerpieces all of the time. I use them for every floral need possible. Yesterday I called and asked for a nice plant box to give to a co-​worker who was leaving for a new job. I gave them a few details — feminine, some color and unique. This is what we received! I was blown away! Even more beautiful in person! Thank you, Enchanted Florist… you never disappoint!

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your very thoughtful gesture in early December when you guys noticed all the flowers that were being sent to my parent’s house from my friends in New York and decided to send your own bouquet of flowers to express your sympathy to a family you didn’t even know. I found Enchanted Florist online when looking for flowers to be delivered to a memorial service in Orange County. I ordered a $ 100 dollar arrangement which was GORGEOUS and looked like many arrangements I saw on line at three times the price. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and delivered as promised with a minimal delivery fee. The family was thrilled with the flowers and many guests also commented on the beautiful arrangement. I will most definitely be using Enchanted Florist for all of my floral needs in the future… you should too!!!

As a wedding planner I deal with hundreds of vendors a year. It was so my pleasant surprise when my clients chose Enchanted Florist of Orange and they were every bit as amazing as their reputation led me to believe they would be. They worked with my clients specific vision to create a look they were pleased with in a price range they could afford. I had a bit of hesitation as we approached the date with leaving the corsages and wristlets out too long, since the temperatures were much higher than expected. Korie was so accommodating, adjusting her time schedule to fit perfectly with the weather spike. Her team was on time, set up quickly, checked in so I knew her progress and left gorgeous arrangements that all the guests just went gaga over. I’m so pleased with this shop that I have added them to my preferred vendor’s list:)

Just picked up my corsage and boutonnière. They gave me the smallest roses. I looked in the box and the other red rose arrangements were big and beautiful of course. When I asked if they could do anything she gave me attitude. Whenever I go in there they always have attitude and act like they are too good to help me. They honestly make it seem like pulling teeth to order anything from them. Wouldn’t suggest going there that’s for sure.

I have used this floral shop several different times and each time I’ve been quite impressed! Nothing ever looks like one 800 flowers, it’s always unique and exquisite! Korie is so sweet and helpful and will always design something that makes you look good. and now they r open sundays so you can get your monday oder in!

I really have to hand it to this flower shop for helping me out in a pinch. I had ordered flowers online for my wedding from a wholesaler, Vistaflora, and they shorted me about 30 gerber daisies. I didn’t know what to do as my wedding was just two days away. I remembered that I have ordered flowers from this flower shop for a friend of mine and she told me that they were absolutely beautiful. So I gave them a call and ask them if they had any of the Gerber Daisies. They did not have on hand that day or but called their supplier and were able to get you some by the next day. The Gerber daisies I got from the Enchanted Florist were so much more beautiful and fresher than the ones I received from the online wholesaler. They were also very fair in their pricing with me and very friendly and knowledgeable. A big thank you to the enchanted florist. You really made my wedding day special.

I had to send an arrangement to a memorial service very recently and called Enchanted Florist. I ordered from the selection they had photos of online and the lady was most helpful in taking my order on the phone. I could not attend but a relative who did reported that the flowers were quite beautifully presented and very fresh. I am always nervous dealing with florists and had no reason to be here. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future for any floral needs I may have and can recommend them very highly.

I cannot express how wonderful this florist is. Beautiful shop, amazing flowers and excellent customer service. The arrangements last a long time and the flowers are insanely fresh. The floral design is incredible, and I love the cute little touches and unique flowers they use. My wedding bouquet was done here, and my husband often sends me flowers from this shop. Hands down best florist in Orange County!

I went on line originally and did not see anything I liked for the high prices. I went to order last minute flowers for a friend’s Birthday at local florist. I did not know exactly what I wanted so I left it up to the florist. They delivered a beautiful arrangement.
