Easily the best pizza around. Abundant toppings, yummy crust. Plenty of seating. No nonsense… just order your food and eat. The spaghetti is fantastic as well. Excellent meat sauce. The people that work here are awesome too. Very friendly service with a smile. Thank you for treating my family and I so well. We will be back for sure!!!

This place prices are ridiculous for the food. Owner needs to work on his customer service. They ran out of meatball sandwiches. I will definitely go back to Zitos to get the better bang for my buck.

I’ve had Lamppost twice and my first experience at the location off 17th wasn’t great. I got a veggie pizza(green pepper, onion, black olive, mushroom blend). The crust was doughy and wet and there was no browning on the cheese. It could have been overloaded with toppings or undercooked — either way it wasn’t great. Tried again at the Chapman location and Lamppost redeemed themselves 10 fold. Enjoyed the perfect slice of classic cheese and a turkey antipasto salad that was both generous and tasty. We went on a weekday around 1, so the place was dead, but it’s equipped for a Saturday night out. Dim, inviting lighting, yard beers, big screens, arcade games. All the essential elements are there. The veggie pizza experience must have been a fluke. Highly recommend for a traditional, fairly priced pizza joint. If you’re looking for a fancy pants pizza, go to Blaze.

Ordered 2 Large pizza’s this Saturday after my nephews football game and was pleasantly surprised at how fast their service was. The food tasted great and the beer was cold. If your on a budget you better go elsewhere if not try Lampost you won’t regret it. A Lil pricey but way better quality and ingredients. Would definitely try them again.

Called to order a pizza and was told they only deliver to other businesses not residential. Well… lost my business. I have 2 little kids at home and we aren’t going to pack up strollers, diaper bags, and car seats to run in and pick up a pizza. Went to buccaneers instead.

I highly recommend Lamppost Pizza in Orange. Their pizza is delicious, their location is roomy and clean and their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Still need more convincing? We had an unexpected and tragic death in our family and were trying to find ways to help with the funeral costs(as well as with future care for two small boys who were left without their mother). On a whim, I decided to call Lamppost Pizza and see if there was a possibility they would help do some sort of fundraiser. I spoke with the owner, Mike, and he immediately agreed to help us out. He offered to host an all day fundraiser on a Thursday(a mere 3 days later). He let us put up a donation jar, post up a flier at the door and he was sure to put on extra staff when we had 125 people RSVP that they would attend the event. I cannot express how generous, kind and wonderful Mike, Joy and their entire staff were to our family and everyone who came to eat at Lamppost the day of the event. They went above and beyond to ensure that the fundraiser was a success and, even when it got pretty busy, they all had smiles on their faces and made sure everyone has everything they needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so fantastic and accommodating! We are incredibly appreciative for all your help and for the donation we received for Vanessa’s family! We highly recommend everyone to eat at Lamppost Pizza — Orange. On top of everything, it doesn’t hurt that the pizza, salad and everything else everyone ordered was delicious as well!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza to go and was shocked to see the pizza was burnt. Since I lived to far to drive back we were stuck eating the decent pieces in the box. Don’t plan on ever returning to this place anytime soon.

The service here is refreshing, the people are very professional. The food is also very good especially compared to Papa Johns. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they are a bit pricey. I recommend eating here it’s good stuff.

The pizza was delicious. My friend and I got a medium pizza and two beers and the check was like 40 bucks. That’s my only complaint is how pricey this place is. We got a chicken, black olive and mushroom pizza and just typing about it makes me hungry haha.

Perhaps the best wings in North Orange County. They are substantially larger than BWW or Wing Stop, and their texture is spongy and wholesome. The pizza is usually excellent as well. Thick running cheese and sauce is supported by firm crust that doesn’t fall apart when you grab it. Ambiance is mediocre, and sometimes the servers are merely zombies flipping pizzas. Overall a solid neighborhood place!

I feel like I just got robbed. My girlfriend wanted a slice of cheese pizza, went in to find that they don’t sell slices on the weekend. No problem there, went ahead and purchased an extra small sized pizza instead. Just a cheese pizza, and bam! $ 15 out of pocket. I could of gotten a jumbo slice from wise guys up the street the size of this extra small pizza along with a drink and a salad for $ 6.99! I’m a big spender on food so $ 15 is not much really. But the price point doesn’t justify for a slab of dough and some sauce with cheese on it. As for the taste, my girlfriend said it was very good, she loved every single bite and I agree!

If you brag about the pizza here, you must have: A. had pizza here and only here your entire life. B. Have had some really bad pizza in the past and I feel sorry for you. I went to pick up my pizza and wings that was suppose to be ready at 5:10p.m. Finally got in my car at 5:30. Also, for a large pizza and 20 wings… guess how much it was? No, higher. A little bit more. Yup, $ 50.20 for a large pizza and 20 wings. I could have got so much more, and better tasting food for that price. I mean, the pizza wasn’t terrible. I wanted to like it. I really did. On a higher note, it was well done and surprisingly wasn’t oily or soggy(in my past experiences there it was). It just simply lacked flavor. The sauce lacked flavor. The cheese lacked flavor. It had the feel, warmth, and look of pizza, but simply tasted bready, gummy warmth. Really disappointing.

Not a lot to say about this place. The pizza is good, but not great. Always crowded it seems, with events relating to children. Definitely one of the more expensive pizza places I have been to. $ 25 for a large pepperoni? Holy crap.

I got this groupon, $ 22 for $ 11 for already I am out $ 11. I ordered a large pizza with two toppings for $ 25, then garlic cheese bread so total $ 29, which means I am paying basically $ 20. It came straight out of the oven but was cold by the tie we drove home. When I noticed it was getting cold, I left the kids at lest have one piece while driving. The pizza was so bad that my kids wont even eat the leftovers(over half of the pizza) we took home. Since I am not a fan of pizza, I got the bread for me. The cheese wasnt even melted so I basically was eating warm bread with a hunk of cold cheese in the middle. It was nasty, like eating a frozen food I heated in my microwave. So now i have spent quite a bit of money on pure crap that we wont even eat the leftovers for. Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I suggest you to to Dominos, Pizza Hut, even Chuck E Cheese and Little Ceasars Pizza is better that Lampost. The ONLY thing good about it is its a sports/team supporter. So its got things to do but honestly, this was such a disappointment my kids didnt even ask to play on the games.

Definitely a tasty pizza place in Orange! They have some great pizza, but the best is their specialty pizza The Linebacker. It’s a loud environment so it’s great to go with the kids and they have a few arcade coin games too. It’s a good spot for sport team parties. The only down side is they are always packed and it feels a bit crowded, need a bigger spot.

What’s the big deal about this place that I always hear parents in my kids football team wanting to bring they’re kids. Well we finally got a groupon deal and went. It’s just like any other place… Pizza, salad and beer… No Big deal

Just keep driving by please. I sometimes feel like treating myself to a pizza lunch every now and then and thought I would give this location a try. The ones that I tend to go to are the HB #1 and HB#2 locations which are always my top favorites. Close third would be the location near tustin, but this one was just a bit closer. So I decided sure why not. Food: bread was super thin in which is not always a bad thing however it was just not as a alampost pizza should be. The day I went was a Tuesday which there specialty was a 7 topping pizza, I then asked what was on it. He then informed me that he forgot what day it was and then had to look down and started rambling off the toppings. He stopped at cheese, Bacon, ham, pepperoni and green peppers. So I said sure. Yes I realize this is my mistake by not asking why isn’t there 7? But I wasn’t thinking at that time. What he should have done is finished off naming the toppings, as he did not say onions and mushrooms were on it too. I can’t blame him on that as I am to blame myself but that should be included. Cheese Slices: overly greasy in which I had to turn it sideways to let the oil seep off for a few seconds it ultimately just napkined it off. Good pizza, bad presentation. 7 layer: not too greasy but the«layers» of toppings are just thrown on top of the pizza not cooked in as one would think. Better for me as I had to brush off the mushrooms and onions. The Television selections were set up perfectly for a day of games. However it was the employees who messed it up for me as they were standing in front of the largest TV which had the Man United game on. Thanks guys. To the owner who mentioned that he let go of three people to make costs go down, you shouldn’t be talking about that on the floor. Yes you were just bullshitting with your menu bendor but yeah, I was listening. Highly unprofessional. Service: with staff who don’t know what day it is and cannot remember 7 items on a pizza. These are the ones you kept? Yeah, it would take an act of God to get me back.

I came here this past weekend because I had a Groupon. I mistakingly bought the groupon for this Lamppost Pizza location(was suppose to buy the HB location instead), so made the trek out here as we were driving through Orange anyway. Good thing the restaurant let us use our groupon on a to-go Medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushroom! $ 22.99 for medium size(10 slices) w/3 toppings. It took about 20 minutes to wait for it to finish baking. My husband tried 2 slices after it came out and thought it was pretty good. I thought it tasted better than Costco pizza, haha :) Had no expectations coming in, but left feeling like this franchise’s pizza was pretty legitimate!
