I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 but they didn’t have anything lower. I finished work and decided that KFC would be a great treat for myself and my family. I get home and the chicken was beyond dry and the grilled chicken split I ordered consisted of legs only. No thighs. All of the chicken, regular and grilled looked like it sat there all night. I called the restaurant number on speaker to speak with a manager to resolve this issue and he was rude. I was told him that I only received legs and he said that’s was all he had left and that he had some breasts but they were closed. Really? Is this this guy being a smart-ass or a pervert? I spent 32.39 of my hard earned money. Then I said that I need this fixed and he said that all he could do was a 4 piece leg and thigh meal with 2 sides the next day. No way Vicente. I’m pissed and totally insulted. I ordered a 14 pc meal and doubled the sides. I am beyond dissatisfied and will be contacting corporate in the morning.

I know this is KFC and that I shouldn’t expect much. And I don’t — I’m not expecting fancy food or exceptional service. What I DO expect is what I paid for. This KFC has gotten my order wrong more times than they’ve gotten it right. I always get home and find something missing. Today, they included the butter and the honey, but no biscuit! Especially frustrating since they upped the price from $ 5 fill-up to now $ 6 fill-up. Overpriced as it is, but especially so with no biscuit. :(We’ve made complaints to corporate but no change — only coupons.

Not busy on a friday nite. This location smells clean and looks clean, inside & out. Staff was very very polite over the phone, and sooo professional in person. I don’t think I have ever received better customer service at a fast food establishment. until now. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who answered the phone, or the young lady that took our order at the counter & gave us our food. She repeated our order back to us before we paid, and when our food was ready she repeated the order again, and even showed us that all 6 biscuits were in the box. Very impressive service. Food quality was fresh, tasted great. This location is about a mile further, but in every aspect much better than the other one on Tustin(next door to Big 5).

KFC’s $ 5.00 Fill-up is a fantastic Deal. Unfortunately, the extra crispy chicken tenders were cold and dry. The green beans, mashed potatoes, chocolate chip cookie, and drink were all acceptable. There is no excuse for cold-dry chicken tenders when that is your business. Bummer.

Hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had! The customer service was horrible. The lady taking my order was rude and in an extreme hurry to complete my order. Purchased the $ 20 family meal and was not allowed to substitute one of the mash potatoes with a different item but was told that I could substitute the one side of coleslaw. Why would I want to get rid of the different item instead of the item that would be doubled. Anyways needed Mac and cheese for my son so I ordered an extra side. Arrived to the window, paid received my order and drove off. With the bad customer service I decided to double check my order since they have messed up my orders in the past, and can’t find the Mac and cheese, looked at my receipt and learned it was not added to my order! Great the only item my son will eat was missing. Had to turn around and go back through the drive thru to order a side of Mac and cheese. Now in a bad mood, arrived home to a bag full of gravy that had spilled since they put all the items in one bag! Now I had to clean my containers with the side dishes and had to throw away the condiments(photo attached to this review). To top it off my food was not hot, and I had to reheat in the microwave! Thanks KFC, have officially learned my lesson and will be going elsewhere when I crave fried chicken!

I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but this place has gotten my order wrong more times than they’ve gotten it right. I went in yesterday and ordered a few things, one of them being a large side of macaroni and cheese. They repeated my order at the drive thru and I heard them say macaroni so I said«yes»…I got to the window and she repeated my order which apparently included mashed potatoes? So I told her I ordered macaroni, not mashed potatoes. The cashier then said«Oh, so no mashed potatoes?» –_-Anyways, she handed me my order and I handed the bag to my little sister in the backseat and asked her to check and make sure everything was in there. I drove home to realize that they had given me mashed potatoes instead of macaroni. Even my receipt said macaroni. So I drove all the way back and waited in line inside for the same girl to help me. I got to the register and she looked at me like she’s never seen me before. Hello?! I was just there! I told her what was wrong with my order and handed her my receipt. She then says«Oh you’re the one who changed her order.» UMMMMNO! I said«No, I didn’t change my order. I ordered macaroni and you heard me wrong.» She replied by saying«I don’t think they saw.» WHAT? I was pretty mad at this point. I work at a restaurant and definitely wouldn’t have handled the situation this way. No apologies for screwing up my order, nothing. You would think after me telling her I didn’t want mashed potatoes in the drive thru she would’ve made sure whoever was packing it packed the right items. I also had to ask her for forks because they didn’t put any napkins or utensils at all in my bag. I’m tired of giving this place a try. It’s not worth it and the food is nothing too special. I probably won’t be coming here anymore. Beware when you come here. Service is horrible and they don’t know what they’re doing half the time.

Of all the area KFC’s, this is my favorite. It’s fairly clean, recently remodeled, and always has food. While that may seem like a weird comment, the other ones I’ve visited often have a 20 minute wait for a specific item, especially grilled. Their $ 5 fill up’s are the best deal and totally ‘fill me up’. Two people can order lunch/dinner for $ 10 and split their sides, or whatever. Probably the least expensive value meal out there for the amount of food you get.

I get it. It’s KFC, I’m not expecting first class food or service. It’s fast and near my job. But I mean… Shouldn’t they have SOME standards? Their service is the worst. I stopped by today for a quick bite. The gal at the window practically shoved my bag in my car before she even took my credit card. Then she handed me my drink with the straw unwrapped completely and in the cup. At least when places like in n out do that, they keep the tip of the wrapper on. I asked for a new cup without the straw in it and she gave me a cup with no straw no lid, and she seemed baffled when I asked for a lid. Seriously? It’s bad enough that this place constantly forgets to include things I pay for(biscuits, cookies) but this was the last straw(pun intended). I’ll have to drive out of my way when I get a craving for fake mac n cheese.

18⁄100 I wish there could me a negative rating. Our family loves KFC. It is a treat so on Sunday night we decided to indulge. Service: It was average. We came late(around 7:30 on Sunday) we did really get greeted as we walked in. We ordered our stuff and waited order was ready fairly quickly. Food: that is where awful part starts. We ordered our food to go by the time we got home chicken was cool. We only live few minutes away. The problem is that chicken not only was cold but tasted«old, not fresh». The most favorite part chicken skin was soggy. Biscuits were still pretty good. Green Beans they have are awful in color and taste so much worse than the worst canned beans. Corn — tasteless, corn out of the can. It seems that there is nothing that has been done to it. Free Red Velvet Bundt probably was the worst thing I have eaten in a while. Really just say no to it. You will anyway will not want to eat it. It is soggy, tasteless, super sweet, spongy thing. I am really not that picky about sugar but I had to throw away the whole thing since nobody wanted to touch it. As the whole, dinner was pretty awful and killed any desire to have KFC in a while. I for sure will never buy anything from this location again. I learned my less not to order something at the end of the shift but I feel like we paid full price so we deserved a freshly made product. I can see how it might be hard for business do dump product was they were not able to sell. By selling poor quality stuff to ensured that I will never ever buy anything from you again. Skip this location if you can.

Not much of a fan of KFC to begin with. Eating their crispy chicken is usually yummy as hell but i always feel like crap after. But now i am on a super low carb diet and fast food options are tough. Today, i forgot to bring lunch to work, and was tired of my lettuce wrapped burgers with no buns so i decided to try something different. This place smelled weird when i walked in. Asked if they have any type of sandwich with a grilled breast(since i shouldn’t eat the breaded chicken on my low carb diet) and the answer was no. I asked if there was any grilled chicken without bones(bones freak me out). The answer was no. OK — so i made my decision. I got a 2pc meal(forgetting that i should have just ordered the chicken and sides a la cart, since i don’t need the biscuit and soda… oops). I got the 2pc meal, grilled, with a side of green beans and an extra small side of corn. $ 10.00. Yikes. Got my order to go, and took off. Of the two pieces of chicken, one was the size of a HOTWING from a sports bar. The other one, the bigger was was soon dry. I think it was cooked last week. I got a biscuit but no butter. No fork for my sides. yikes. Overall a total disappointment and i will never return. Carls Jr has a boneless grilled chicken breast… i will keep that in mind the next time i crave the bird. And $ 10 is just ridiculous for what i got.

Well what a rude awakening. Took the family out for dinner tonight at KFC tonight and we had one if the most sucky nights out. The food was ehh ok like normal and service was the only good thing at this place. We found out when we were going to use our debit card that this KFC charges a $.49 charge, no filtered water in the soda machine, but we were told to use faucet water in the back and no pepper. With this bad experience we will never go back to this place ever again.

Let me start off by saying I have lived here in Orange for 35 years, we have been eating at this KFC for years… they have had managerial problems the last few years, and the quality of food has suffered. Two weeks ago I purchased chicken from this KFC, it was so bad I called the manager and complained he said he was going to look into it. Last night we took another chance and bought some chicken, some pieces were dark, even thou it was suppose to be all white meat, I think they did not change the oli or something, anyways, it was terrible… So if I was anyone looking for KFC, I would just settle to broasted or go somewhere else. Sorry KFC, but its just BAD.

Today, I was waiting at the counter to place my order, when they called someone’s order number, and a man picked up the order and took it back to his table. Shortly after, the man realized it was not exactly his order, so he returned it to the front counter and said it was not his order. He then noticed his order sitting on the counter, so he took his order and left the order that he returned. Then KFC actually gave the order that the man wrongfully had taken, and gave it to the correct customer!!! But, they should have destroyed that meal that was taken and returned, because it might have been contaminated, on purpose or accidentally. It was not safe to pass it along to the un-knowing customer. They could have also mentioned to the customer that someone took their order by mistake and was walking around with their food and could have insisted on remaking it.

My dad wanted KFC for his birthday and since this location was on my way home I decided to stop here. Usually I go to the one on Harbor/Garden Grove, but the service at this location is so much better! Walked in and was greeted right away. I took awhile because I didn’t know what my dad wanted, but she didn’t look annoyed or trying to rush me at all. Once I finally decided on what I wanted, the machine wasn’t working for some reason and she kept apologizing over and over. No problem though, I wasn’t in a rush. So after everything was fixed, my order came. Usually they just give me my food and I go and double check it on my own, she double checked and showed me my order! Then she asked if I wanted ketchup, butter, and honey. They aren’t skimpy on it either! Usually the Harbor/Garden Grove location gives me a small handful, but this place gave me a huge handful so it was more than enough for the amount of food I ordered. Will definitely be coming back to this location more often!
