The food was ok, regular subway. The customer service, however, is by far the worst I’ve had. The worker looked annoyed as soon as I walked in and continued to visually detest his job as he sandwhich together. He was bossy and annoyed all at once, as if it was my the worst thing that I wanted my sub toasted(sorry for the extra work?). Never coming here again.

I really wanted to get my early morning breakfast here to favor a local biz. But I just couldn’t today. Their breakfast sandwich has the most important elements of eggs n bacon. Cheese. Mmmm. But it was just too large and bready for me today.

I go to this Subway far too often, but mainly because of the new management. They got new management in late 2014 and really improved the location. Domingo, one of their employees, is super friendly and always is smiling and conversational. He remembers regulars too. That is appreciated. They also give out free drinks, chips, or cookies to Chapman students with IDs, which is useful too.

Here are some tips on subway! 1) if a subway is really bad, chances are there is a better one in walking distance. 2) if a subway employee is smiling, they are definitely faking it. 3) subways don’t run out of business from Quiznos, the run out if business from other subways

Domingo is why I come back to this place. Subway is a subway. sandwiches are good and cheap. I can tell when I come here(few times a month) that I’m not the only one. This store has a lot of regulars and Domingo is a really nice guy. He genuinely gives a crap about the people coming here. So glad when I saw the new ownership sign that he was still here!

Cant believe it! I had Gastric Bypass Surgery and cant eat bread. I am supposed to consume protein so I asked for 2 scoops of tuna salad in a cup. The owner told me I had to take the bread because she counts the bread and will have to throw it away so the price for my tuna would be the price for a footlong sandwich. SHOCKED! They have done it at this Subway before and all others but ALLOF A SUDDEN! off to another Subway or Togos Sandwich shop. She just lost my business for life here

I come here pretty often and usually receive excellent service from Vanessa. Last week I swung by here to pick up dinner for the kids and there was a new employee. He clearly could not comprehend what i was asking for 3 times!!! then as i explain to him how to do his job, the girl working with him(JULIE or JULIA) rolled her eyes at me and looked me up and down before moving on to another customer… HMMM excuse me but why throw me the attitude when the guy YOUR training is clearly not understand how to do his damn job. I guarantee you that I will NEVER go back unless its for breakfast and thats it… Thanks Julie/Julia you just cost your boss a customer with your bad funky attitude!

I had a subway gift card and the employee said since it wouldn’t scan they can’t enter cards manually. I find that hard to believe. Employee seemed rude and bothered that I had a gift card. Ended up paying cash.

My friend went to Subway and ordered a sandwich for me. She told them BLT with just mayo on a honey oat roll. She didn’t pay attention to them making it and what she brought back was a roll with a dab of mayo and just bacon. How is that a BLT!!! I called to get a credit of some sort and the girl on the phone said I had to bring back the sandwich with the receipt. It was less than 5 minutes before that they made the sandwich. I didn’t feel I should have to go back in the 100+ degree heat to show them the sandwich they just made. Now I will go back to Togo’s where they actually put something on the roll!!!

This used to be my favorite subway until they hired new people a few years back. After that the quality of both food and service went way down. The workers look annoyed as soon as a customer walks in. I only like one girl that works there because she is always friendly and a hard worker. If you want some good Subway, go a few blocks up to Chapman and Tustin to enjoy a better one.

The BF and I went here yesterday for dinner, courtesy of a gift card from his parents. Neither of us are huge fans of Subway in general, due to having many better choices near us. We are spoiled by the likes of Which Wich. That said, upon entering this Subway yesterday, I was pleased with the atmosphere and was hopeful this would be a far better experience than I was used to at this chain. BF ordered my sub…“Regular Spicy Italian.” The employee behind the counter took a VERY long loaf of bread out and proceeded to pile on the toppings. «Is that a 6-inch?» No answer. «Excuse me. Is that a 6 inch?» The employee continued to ignore his questioning. Me, loudly: «Maybe it is a 6 inch. That’s what you ordered me, right?» We ordered the new 2/$ 5 Flatizzas in the Veggie and Spicy Italian combinations. BF ordered a 6-inch Subway Club Flatbread… saw them take out a long flatbread piece and asked«Is that 6 inches?» This time, the guy reacted: «Oh, you wanted a 6-inch? Okay.» We continued down the assembly line and the other employee asked him what he wanted on it… wielding a very unappetizing flatbread piece with melted goo on it. «I wanted cheddar cheese. That’s not cheddar.» The employee insisted it was. BF leaned closed and upon further inspection, realized that it was in fact Subway cheddar… melted. «Okay, sure. I never said I wanted it heated though…» Upon observing the unmoving, apathetic employee not attempting to right her mistake by preparing another flatbread, he amended his statement with«but whatever.» Neither of us felt like dealing with unprofessional behavior. We paid for our food and got out of there quickly! While the Flatizzas were surprisingly good and the sandwiches were better than I expected, the service at this location is simply terrible! I came here on a Monday evening, and while it’s true that you can’t help what kind of employee you get, it is true that ALL employees are the driving force behind customer visits. And these guys did not do their job correctly.

The guy was busy flirting with the customer in front of me and took forever to finish her order. Then in the middle of helping someone else he starts scolding a teenager for getting soda in her water cup. I stayed to eat my sandwich and he proceeded to talk about customers in Spanish, assuming that my son and I couldn’t understand.

Real nice staff, unfortunately i went when there was construction or something going on next door. Ultimately though it’s a pretty cozy spot in regards to the size of some of the other locations. If you’re just picking up your sub and going though this is the place to go, Fast and Courteous.

Every time that I’ve been here in the past I’ve had horrible service, I stopped here last night and the guys behind the counter where more then helpful. They where very kind. The only con was that they where out of Swiss cheese.

Pretty much the same as all the other Subways except… 1. Haven’t you noticed that subways smell nasty for some reason? This one doesn’t have that smell. 2. The Staff here is super nice. Subway offers about 5 pretty healthy sandwhiches. This location is cleaner and the customer services stands out.

When I walked in the place was empty. the sandwich maker was sitting behind the counter with his head in his hands. When I walked up to the counter he lifted his head and I stared into his glazed over blood shot eyes(he was obviously stoned). What kinda bread? what kinda meat? double meat? He asked these questions like he wanted to get back to dozing off. Another dude walked in wearing a subway uniform and carrying a plastic bag. I could hear the sound of glass bottles clinking in the bag. The guy making my sandwich spoke to the other guy in Spanish and asked him«cuatro cervezas?» The dude slapped together my sandwich. After he made my sandwich he looked at me and said«thank you so much for coming»(like kissing my ass was going to get him a tip). After I paid for my sandwich the two guys disappeared to the back presumably two drink whatever was in the bag. No complaints about the food here. I ordered my roast beef and enjoyed it.

This Subway is cheaper than other Subway locations. I don’t know why exactly, but I’m not complaining. Gotta love that meatball sub. All six inches of it, only $ 2.99 or something. Brilliant and delicious.
