I attend Chapman and this service is horrible. They’re rude and extremely slow. But I am absolutely not picky; however, the biggest thing that set me off was their utter lack of attention to me repeatedly telling them I had an allergy. They still messed up my order and refused to remake it or refund me. This is horrible, I highly recommend the walk to Growl Juice bar instead of putting up with this.

Slowest service EVER. The workers are always extremely busy with students, but they are definitely in no rush. I was turned away by a rude employee 5 minutes before they were supposed to close(at 3pm). I get it, you wanna go home, but yikes, who hires these guys? If he were polite about it I’d understand, but he wasn’t so. I’m a little butthurt. Not sure what’s up with the food services at Chapman U, but most of the employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing. :(

I have never been to a slower Jamba Juice in my life. Literally almost 15 mins for a juice which is absurd. They need to figure out what their process is and how they can EFFICIENTLYMAKE juice. I would have never come here if I knew it would take this long.

Yo, homeboy wasn’t wearing gloves while making my acai bowl. Seriously? That’s not okay. Sometimes workers aren’t wearing the appropriate attire to do the job and it kinda grosses me out… I don’t need you adding your little touch to the fruit(literally). Sometimes they also take a while. If you have nowhere else to go, it may not seem as long. If you’re stopping by before/between classes, keep walkin. Basically: watch out for their sanitation & the wait time.

This Jamba Juice is conveniently located on campus so even though the service is pretty bad, my friends and I still come back to this place every now and then. Coming here 10 minutes before class might not be ideal though, as you may have to wait for a maximum of 30 minutes(Yes, that happened to me…) Anyways, they are still Jamba Juice so I go back and get the Banana Berry, which is one of my all time favorites. I recently tried their Berry Bowl(one of the Wellness Bowl options) and it was pretty good as well.

Workers are very unprofessional and slow. They play around instead of getting their orders out as soon as possible. It could be that they are contracted through Sodexo, but it still does not warrant an excuse.

Three words: Chunky strawberry topper!!! Strawberries, yogurt, fresh bananas, granola and peanut butter?! Happiness in a cup if you ask me! Definitely get the small size because it fills you up! One day I was really hungry and I almost got the 16 oz instead of the 12 oz– good thing I got the 12 oz because I could hardly finish it. This Jamba Juice is on Chapman University’s campus which means it can get pretty busy in between classes– so if there’s a long line, I’d suggest going for walk around the campus… waiting 15 minutes for it to die down and then 90% guaranteed the line will be gone by then.

Sodexo piece of crap. They can’t handle their orders, stood there for 25 minutes and watched people get their drinks before me even though they came in after me. Asked them where mine was and they didn’t even have a receipt for it. Chapman, release yourself from Sodexo, they are brainwashing you, they have bad quality food, bad customer service, bad management!

The drinks are good. It is just your typical jamba juice, just like any other locations. Come here quite often for apple and greens. The staffs are nice, but a few of them really can get some day off and destress. The service is quite slow. Not because there is a lot of people, but they really are not that efficient especially when the staffs seem to rush and freak out during rush hours which actually make everything go slower

Argyros Forum just re-opened and their newly remodeled building is a major improvement. I was surprised to see a new Jamba Juice which does wonders for the previously lacking food court. I was going to order a fresh squeezed OJ, but decided for some berry blitz banana drink. It was pretty good. There was a line in the morning but it moved fast. Customer service is good here. Everyone is friendly. Bonus star for that. Where the heck did the ATM go? I am a fan. Jamba Juice, Orange. another reason the OC is the best place to live!
