They were open this time and had good customer service. Also Gave me a special deal on some protein powders.

Great GNC! It is not full of arrogant and overly-​confident employees like most GNCs in the area. The staff here is very kind and helpful. They give out free samples when they have them. Everything seems to always be on sale… not sure what that’s about but I end up paying less here overall than other GNCs for the same goods.

Came to This GNC last week the new owner hooked it up with some samples of siege and multis. Loved it and now I came back to buy my stack for the month. I’m pumped up to try this out! Time to Rage!!! The 30% coupon from Unilocal helped so use that!

Checked out the new store, saw the sign under new management. Ruben introduced himself as the new owner, super cool dude! He said his been in the industry for a long time, and as a personal trainer and gym guru I could use a place I could rely on and place orders with. I told Ruben I’ll be sending my clients his way for specific stuff.

I was visiting this GNC from out of the area as i didnt bring any of my supplements. Although I was originally put off by the first review, I stopped in anyway as I am a Gold Member. Robert, the store owner, was assisting someone else. When he finished he simply let me know that if I had questions just ask. That immediately put me at ease as at other GNCs I have got the full court press from clerks. If I have questions, I know how to ask and when the clerks start bugging me about what I am doing or how I am training, I get irritated. Not so with Robert. When I finished, i went to the register and let him know I am a Gold Member but didnt have my card. He said no problem and looked me up in the system Apparently I dont have good info on file, but rather than have us search high and low for my record, he decided to give me the Gold Member price after a few basic questions. I was very very pleased. I then asked if he had Pre workout samples. Woo Hoo he had just what I was hoping for, Cellucor C4 double samples with 4 servings. What a life saver. The workout earlier in the day sucked as I felt tired and couldn’t really get into it. It made me pretty damn happy that I got the Gold price and my pre workout samples. Robert was super friendly and I am definitely glad I stopped in to his store.

My first experience with the owner (or store manager?) was pleasant. He helped me with selecting supplements for my diet. After giving these supplements an honest try, I decided to return them because of the strange impact that it was having on my body. When I returned the items within 30 days and with the receipt, the same guy who helped me before made the entire return process very awkward and uncomfortable. He kept asking me why I was returning them, why I’m returning them towards the end of the 30 day period and why there was so much left. And he kept asking the same questions over and over… at least 3 to 4 times. There was absolutely no reason why he should have asked me the latter 2 questions and to have kept asking them over and over. Definitely a strange experience.
