i ended up calling them back about the mess they left. Told me that’s not how there company operates, they asked when the most convenient time was for so they come clean everything up and they where there and cleaned it up made me happy apologized made ma fell good so everyone deserves a 2nd chance i guess

They were done within three days and I am very happy with the results. After each day I found the yard to be clean and only found a couple of nails. The workers were on site and working by 7:15 each morning. Victor the on site supervisor was great and informed me of problems when they they discovered. Many of the neighbors complemented the work. Thanks so much, you guys were great.

Thanks to Ismael and his crew for doing an awesome job fixing my roof today; they really took care to find the leak and spent a lot of time and effort here to get it fixed properly. Very polite, friendly and efficient. They even cleaned up all the debris that came off the roof, and watered down the patio to wash all the dirt off!!! Great job.

Fontaine Weather Proofing is simply the most professional roofing outfit in Southern California. Jim Murray was the project manager on the reroofing of my house in Laguna Hills, and from the start he impressed me with his roofing acumen and project management skills. The proposal he presented me with illustrated the project from start to finish and included a detailed cost breakdown. Jim met with me on the jobsite throughout the execution of the project, and ensured that I was pleased with the work being performed. In addition to excellent customer service, Jim provided me with the most competitive price of all the other proposals I received.

Very professional! Communication was top notch and timely! I had a leak somewhere around my chimney, fearing the worse I had Fontaine Weatherproofing come to inspect the leak. Juan and Alex came and were nothing but professional and even refused to walk in my house without boot covers to make sure they didn’t track anything in. Luckily it was nothing more than a few small patches and they took care of it on the spot. Pricing was very affordable too. I won’t hesitate to use them again next time and I highly recommend them.

The reason I am giving this company a top rate is very simple: They are soooo honest! I contacted them to give me a quote on replacing the roof of my rental house. They send a technician out there to check the roof and told me that the roof would still be good for another 8 – 10 years! Other company might just take the money and replace the roof even it’s not needed… Even though I am not going to proceed with roof replacement at this time (thanks to their honesty) but I will definitely contact them again when the time comes!
