Buffalo Wild Wings

This place is so poorly managed. Checked in was told 10 minutes, and stared at 3 empty tables for 15 minutes until finally seated. Asked about outside seating and was told that they don’t have enough servers. Finally got seated and ordered… You guessed it, wings. 25 minutes later they finally came to our table. You would think a wing place could make wings faster than 25 minutes. To top it off, the wings are just average. Go to wing stop or find another place.

I ordered a lunch wrap and side salad to go. I got back to my office and the salad was completely rotten. The lettuce was wilted and brown, even black in some places. It smelled rotten. Shame on this location for not checking the salad before sending it to go. I wish I had the time to take it back. Always check your to go food before leaving.

First time at this location. Waiter could have been a little bit more attentive but overall, this is a nice location. Happy to know there’s another one other than The Outlets in Orange.

The most amazing atomoshpere ever but we had a little mess up on our order but the manager Heather handled it the right way and hooked us up and at the end of the day I had an amazing time and will be back again.

Leanndra was my server & she’s amazing! Best part about my experience. She was attentive & on it! If you come in ask for her, you are guaranteed the best service. This location is one of the best I been to and I been to most locations in the OC area.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. My boyfriend and I got so sick off this food that we both had to call off work the next day. We were both throwing up all night and the next day. We both ordered the boneless mild wings and shared the fried pickles. I will never come back to BWW due to this experience, I can barley eat wings anymore. When I reached out to the management about getting so sick they completely disregarded my complaint, I had to complain another time before the manager left me a voicemail that they would comp our next meal… yeah thanks but not thanks *barf*

Dining at this BWW today was one of the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a while.
After following the hostess to be seated our table, which was located right by the bathroom, was still being cleaned off. We asked if we could sit a table over so we wouldn’t be right next to the bathrooms and were told no because there «wasn’t a server for that table.» Apparently that changed about 10 minutes later when we saw another party be seated there.
My girlfriend then ordered an Angry Orchard cider, but was brought the wrong drink. We stopped another server who proceeded to take it back to the bar, where we watched the bartender taste it with a straw as if she didn’t believe us. We soon heard the table behind us stop their server and tell her they had the wrong drink as well. Surprise, surprise. They obviously switched them, which is not a big deal, until things proceeded to go even more downhill.
My girlfriend ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and asked for caesar dressing inside instead of ranch. I ordered the po’boy sandwich with chicken. When our food came out, hers was just plain chicken, not buffalo, with no dressing on it… but a side of caesar for dipping. Mine looked like a hot mess and was cut ridiculously so it was falling apart and pretty much crumbled. There was one squirt of sauce and was otherwise dry. I’ve had better sandwiches from a drive-​thru for half the price. My girlfriend let our server know that her wrap was wrong and asked why there wasn’t buffalo chicken… she first said that’s how it comes then agreed to take it back. I proceeded to eat my crappy mess of a sandwich by myself while my girlfriend sat there until her wrap came back out. She ate half of it and it didn’t sound much better than mine.
During the course of our dinner, with our lovely bathroom door view… we watched more servers and staff go in and out of the bathroom than guests. I’ve honestly never seen so many servers going in and out of a bathroom then coming right back out and serving tables and bartending. We could see them on their phones as well. Maybe that’s partly why the service here sucks so bad. We saw what looked to be a manager walking around doing nothing and not bothering to check on guests… even ones who had their entire order screwed up from start to finish. We barely got an «I’m sorry» and no offer of even a discount.
We’ve been to other BWW before and never had a problem. We aren’t ones to complain, as my girlfriend has worked in the food service industry and knows how hard it can be at times, but this place is ridiculous. Never going back to this one and wished we would have gone to the new Habit Burger Grill instead.

Shitty microwaved food, expensive dried out burgers, angry attitude by bar staff.
I’ll never come back! You would assume that a place where they specifically sell hot wings, would take pride and some TLC in the product they sell.

Not bad but nothing to rave about. I come here with my friends every now and then for some drinks and wings. The service is always friendly. The food is just alright. It’s good but I’ve had better. I like that this place is closer to where I live so I’ll continue to come just for a quick bite or hangout

Great environment, tasty wings, specials on wings every Tuesday and Thursday.
Nice place to come and watch some TV, eat some wings and chop it up with a couple friends.
A pretty laid back place with a patio you can vape and smoke on. Heated also. All good stuff.

We have been here before. Not gotten the best service but tonight was by far the WORST. I think it is because we look young. So when we sat at the bar. We made eye contact with 3 people who ended up being 2 managers and 1 bartender. This went on for about 10 minutes before 1 bartender who was obviously busy came up to us to take our order.
Landon was super polite, diligent and very helpful. If it wasn’t for him, we probably wouldn’t have gotten our order taken, nor would we have stayed as long as we did. We were bummed to hear he had to share his tips because he was the only bartender on site.
The managers Sean an Jeff were about 90% absent the 2 hours we were there. We recognized their names and status only because they were so blatantly rude when we walked in. We watched Jeff pour himself a beer and drink it right in front of us and all the other customers… Which we all know is highly inappropriate.
We watched Sean do absolutely nothing when Landon was obviously doing all the work and heard Danielle insult the bartender who had been treating us so nicely.
Because we are in our 20’s the managers and bartender specifically Danielle, did not think we needed to be attended to. Yet, we own a restaurant and deal with this daily and are extremely disappointed In the service and judgement that we went through with this establishment.
The managers need to treat everyone equally and we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience. If it wasn’t for our great bartender we would have made a public scene.
Hope to see things change because we love BWW.
Sean, Jeff and Danielle are highly unqualified and ignore customers based off of age and image.

Stopped in for lunch again, I don’t about this place, it’s always kinda awkward. The associates seem in trained and kind of lost, we always have to ask for a «lunch menu» that has different specials. Food always takes longer then usual especially as the place is not too busy. Over all ok place, a lot of big screens so that’s cool, but overall always just a ok experience

I like BWW for food, its really one of my favorite wings to get if you ask for them to be done extra crispy. I have reviewed a couple BWW’s regarding food so you can check my others but I want to talk about this place and the new location.
So I was a big regular at Oggis and I do miss that place and alot of the people that worked there. But all things come to and end and BWW has made its home in my old watering hole. I walked in and was actually surprised with the amount of space the used and the killer lay out. The bar has the center stage here with TV screens any where you look. If you want to watch every game on Sundays with out getting a cramp in your neck this is the spot.
The staff here is fantastic, they are still a fairly new restaurant and are getting their feet under neath them. But the management staff here is working hard on getting everything flowing. For a smaller B-​Lo its definitely made great use of the space they were given and the happy hour deals here are fantastic. While I will always hold a special place in my heart for the old place, I think this made a great new addition to the Village At Orange. CHEERS!!!

Came here on a Tuesday night. I guess it was Tuesday 75c wings and from the minute we walked in, we waited to be seated but there was no sign of a host to seat us. There was another party waiting a little longer than we did and they were looking to be seated too. The other party walked in looking for the host which was standing at the other side of the wall chit chatting with the other workers.
After we were seated, we ordered our drinks and it took a good 10 minutes before our beer reached our table and we were ready to order our food. When the server came to our table, we ordered right away and our food took over 45 minutes to even make it to our table.
Boy must have been a rough night because even the manager looked like he hated his life. He walked out with our food after the longest wait and the manager gave off the coldest attitude. He dropped off our food and I had to ask for ranch rather than it coming with my wings as usual. Took another 10 minutes for a small side of ranch… Service here is horrible. We tried the onion rings and they are just as bad as the service. No salt, no flavor it tasted like nothing.
Do not come here unless you plan on wasting an hour waiting for your food once you’re seated. Service is absolutely the worst here and now I know why this place has bad reviews. I’ve been to many other Buffalo Wild Wings and this location is hands down the most unorganized BWW I have ever been to. I get it, the location is new, but train your staff to actually service and check up on their tables to make sure everything is alright And at least refill our drinks once and a while.

Finally a restaurant that can handle spicy.
I love spicy. I hate fake restaurants. Places that put scary warnings on the menu and it is no hotter than Franks.
I could actually taste the heat, and lived it. Coming from someone that has eaten the «Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse Burger» and didn’t break a sweat. I have gone in search of something that can light me up. This doesn’t, but for a chain restaurant it does well. And no warnings on the menu or from the waitress.
Other than that, the Asian Zing was tasty. Fries were OK.

Super tiny space, full of flat screen TVs, lots of beer and a kitchen that specializes in wings, and burgers. That is pretty much it. Waiting area has Zero standing room and limited seating. Very inconvenient. Especially if it is cold outside.
Super limited menu. Mostly wings, bone in and bone out with dry or wet seasonings. A few burgers and sandwiches. That pretty much sums up the menu. Meals come out in baskets or those paper boxes. Wait, those paper boxes are for the bones.
Ordered the sampler and a bacon cheeseburger. The sampler had a little bit of everything from wings, mozerella sticks, for about $ 14.00. My bacon cheeseburger was super dry and the meat was not seasoned. It was paired with fries that were pretty average.
Honestly I am just not a fan of the food here, or any chain type spot that serves burgers. I guess if you want to watch a game and drink some beer, this place will appeal to you.
Service was decent, except for the empty ketchup bottle and 20 minute wait on our order. All the servers look the same. Jerseys, tattoos, fast moving feet.
Our girl was nice and attentive.
Not a fan here, but hey that’s just me.

Just recently spent a Sunday watching football here while having lunch. Great times.
Despite being obviously busy and already packed, we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Our server was on her game, very friendly and patient. Food came out fast. Other servers pitched in when they saw we might need refills. The servers here smile frequently (insert high tens!)!
Football games going on, not too loud, nobody too obnoxious. Tame for an NFL Sunday.
Got chicken nachos, wings and a burger. Loved it all! Husband thought the nachos lacked something, but that’s him. I thought it was good. My build-​your-​own-​burger, I added bacon and prime rib to, and it was over! Meaning, I literally lost my taste buds in the delightfully delicious forest and haven’t found them since. Too bomb I’m afraid. Have me order that same burger again and I will find where my taste buds surrendered.
Kinda glad they inserted this BWW location here. More restaurants are coming to the Village of Orange, so prepare for the chain invasion!

People are so negative for the little things. Keep in mind they just opened. And remember your first job. Remember when you just started to drive. It takes time. Everyone has their own opinion… As do I.
Sunday Football!!! The pricing is great when you go with a good group of 2 – 4. Large wings, couple basket of fry’s and tall beer. I wasn’t a big fan of the onions rings.
Five stars because of the staff. I was in line in the ladies restroom an associate was in the restroom on her break and over heard the women’s needed some stocking and was quick about it. Our server Jacob was awesome. He checked up on us and made sure we were well taken care off. Oh yeah and the Panthers are still undefeated.
Thanks BWW team great job. We will be back soon.

I came in really hangry (really hungry), but as soon as our waitress Leanndra came over and took our order. I just felt hungry lol, her awesome/​happy energy really made this experience soon much better. She also recommended the Asian Zing and then she informed me that she could bring samples of the sauces and sure enough samples came by and damn there were good.
Kudos also to the cooks/​chefs in the back for making the food taste as good as the service.

This location just opened up right by our house so of course we came to check it out. The place is pretty small with some outdoor seating. Lots of tvs everywhere and they are labeled with the games they will be playing for NFL Sunday which is cool.
The place was pretty busy but we actually got seated right away. Lots of the groups waiting were larger than 4. Our waitress from the jump was moving too quickly. She didn’t take her time to explain things to us or take down orders thoroughly. In the beginning she wasn’t checking on us for refills. She messed up our order and took a long time to bring our food out.
For a starter we ordered a chicken quesadilla and asked for the pico de Gallo on the side. Our waitress told us the cook said that it comes on the side. When we get the quesadilla open it up and it’s stuffed with pico. Now my son won’t eat it and I’m digging out the onion. We let the waitress know and she says sorry. We didn’t get asked if we wanted another or get it comped. At this point we had already ordered our food and didn’t want to send it back to get it with dinner. It wasn’t all that great and it comes with little sour cream that wasn’t enough for the whole thing.
I ordered wings since that’s what they are about. They have lots of sauces to choose from. I ordered the snack size of traditional wings, with bone, in garlic parmesean flavor. The snack order comes with 5 wings. I did not like them at all. It seemed like they were tossed in Kraft Italian dressing and not cooked enough. The ranch dip was also whack and tasted like buttermilk salad dressing. The best part was the buffalo chips which are potato rounds like fries. My hubbys burger was dry and not good! He ate half andand was done. We had to get my daughters cheese flatbread redone and it took forever to come out. By the time it was right we were done eating.
We didn’t enjoy the food and don’t see us coming back to eat! If anything I’ll be back for beer and football but that’s it. Lots of beer on tap to select from and a full bar!
