Been using Blue Ribbon for almost 30 years and they have never disappointed me. I’ve never even considered using someone else, so I am, and will remain a faithful customer. They are always very courteous and do great work. They have saved my bacon more than once, and when I forgot something and had to make adjustments, they came through with flying colors. Don’t use them just because they can save your sorry little rearend, use them because they are FANTASTIC at what they do!

Blue Ribbon simply is the best. Why? Because I’m a bone head… and my bone headedness caused me to contact them in a panic the day after I left my order with them, telling them I needed it in 2 hours… not the next day as they thought they had the deadline of.
The award was BETTER than I thought it was just sitting on the display shelf, and it was absolutely perfect. Worth every penny I spent.

I cannot tell you how great the staff and service are here. I had a very special gift planned for 10 family members this Christmas and they got it done for me within 2 business days and there work is far and above anything you will get at any gift and personalization shop. I highly recommend them!

These guys did a great job of getting me a ten year plaque in one day. The cost was low at $ 129; it looked great and my employees loved it.

They have an easy-​to-​use website for product visuals, and they’ll take your ideas to create a custom design, too. It’s great to work with a business who’s staff is courteous, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. They’re happy to answer any question and there’s no wondering what your finished product will look like, as their communication back and forth with proofs is TOP NOTCH. I was having problems trying to order on their site, but one call to Blue Ribbon took care of EVERYTHING! i spoke with Susan and the entire process could not have been more pleasant! She helped me thru the design & content of my order, and it not only came out exactly what I had described, but afterward, delivery was the next day! I have used BRT on multiple occasions over the last three years, and every time I have been thrilled with their professionalism, speed, and the end product. Tina has helped me on more than one occasion and she is always great to work with. Jane’s turnaround is incredibly quick – I dropped off a design for an award at 9 am on a Monday and had a proof by 10:30 am. Their prices are great too!

I have worked with several trophy companies in my career. None compare to Blue Ribbon Trophy Co. Customer service was over the top wonderful. I ordered the trophy online, a very simple ordering process, and received the award in less than one week. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an award, plaque or trophy. Oh, and their pricing? Very competitive!

I needed a trophy with engraving really last minute so I called all the trophy places around my area at 8am on a Friday but none of them could get me the trophy by afternoon that day. So I decided to call Blue Ribbon Trophy as my last hope, and they were able to get it done by 3pm! They were also very accommodating and even pleased to get the trophy done for me, even with it being so last minute. I will definitely be going through Blue Ribbon Trophy again!

Best Engraving Store I have ever been to!!! Seriously, they have everything from kids trophy’s to awards for CEO’s but I love to go there for my personal engraving and they come up with the coolest stuff. I had my heart on my Tiffany’s bracelet engraved, a very rare whiskey bottle with a dedication to my father from all of the kids engraved ON THE BOTTLE, and this year I had a puzzle done with a picture of our family. I always talk to the owner (Susan, I think her name is) and she comes up with the best ideas for my family who are always impossible to buy for. My husband had to order a bunch of corporate gifts for Christmas this year and they had about 20 different books to choose from. We got everybody wine/​picnic baskets with our company’s logo on it and everybody loved it.
Oh, and by the way, I don’t even live in Orange County anymore and I still go to this store online or call to get these ideas, this store is that good. The employees there are so helpful and really saved me so many times
