Excellent customer service. Sean was very helpful and patient in dealing with transferring a phone number to a new account. Every time I’ve been in the store the entire staff has been very friendly and courteous.

We went here the day after the iPhone 6S launch so my wife could get an upgrade and I could transfer my service from Verizon. We walked in and the place was empty except for 1 couple and the guy behind the counter. He asked if he could help us, we then told him what we needed. He said that they had the iPhone 6S but no key to open them and it would take over and hour to get one. He then told us to go to another store since the staff there«weren’t doing anything.» Turns out this guy was the manager. After 6 iPhone releases you would think they would have figured this out by now. I will NOT be coming back to this store. Only the REALAT&T stores seem to have their act together. The store on Main St in Tustin, while busy, helped us out.

The people here are great! The guy who helped us, michael, even calmly defused a crazy lady trying to cut in front of others and cussing, to go on to help us into three iPhones. :-) A lot of cases and quite a few accessories. Happy happy happy.

AT&T has always treated me right and yesterday was no different, nice work everyone! Customer service has always been their strength and they showed it again by having intelligent staff and great service.

Be prepared to pay a $ 5.00 fee if you pay your wireless bill in cash instead of ATM or Credit Card. Update: I called AT&T about what happened and they themselves thought the fee was unwarranted. So on my next bill they credited me my $ 5.00.
