I had an exceptional experience working with Joe at A-​Tech. I had a different asbestos abatement team (won’t give their name) come out to clean up some areas in my home and things went a bit awry. I’ll save the drama as that company did not meet the best exceptions. HOWEVER, I called A-​Tech and they came out that very night to run the tests necessary to make sure my home was safe for my children and I to sleep in. Joe worked very hard to accommodate me and he even scheduled a really nice person to come to my home after hours so we weren’t displaced another night (we had been in various hotels for many nights already) I really appreciate A-​Tech for being so customer service oriented and helping me and my kids get into our house that evening. They handled me and our situation with such grace and professionalism. wow…

Ok, I’m an eager beaver here as I haven’t even confirmed my appointment for a mold inspection yet, but I’m super excited and thoroughly impressed with this business thus far. I came across this business after researching the ACAC website.
I was put in contact with Cassandra and we discussed what my needs were. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable obviously and was a great help in easing my mind in this new foreign land I find myself in. I’m looking forward to the actual appointment and getting the feedback from her team on the inspection. I have great confidence that I’ve selected the right vendor to help my husband and I with this issue.
