If I could give it a half star that would be being nice! We used to come over here a lot when we lived on this side town. We moved back over here now and this place has fallen apart! Ridiculous!!! We come in and are seated. We ask about specials, he didn’t know. He read the menu with us. Hahaha :) I ordered an appetizer along with two waters and two beers. We got the beer and the appetizer at the same time. No water.. .asked about our water and he finally came back with one and the other appetizer. A broccoli cheese soup. It was more like a dip. Too thick and can’t even believe it came out. My wife ordered another beer and it still did not come out st the end of our meal. We finally just cancelled it. I ordered a salad with no crutons or cheese. It came out with cheese and no dressing. Had to reorder that which all came out with the main course. The manager on duty came out and apologized and tried fixing the best he can a FAILED dinner. Cudos to him for trying and I know it wasn’t his fault. The service is just not what it used to be here.

The service was ok, not bad but the food on the other hand was not good. The food had no taste what’s so ever. My daughters plate was very bland and dry. My plate was tasteless and only had three shrimp. We will not be coming back.

I’m giving this place 0 stars for the terrible service and food but at least the manager recognized how poor it was and didn’t charge us anything. For that, I gave him a star. The worst part is, it seemed to me as if he has done this many times before. I almost feel sorry for the employees whose hands are tied to menus with ingredients provided by the lowest bidder. On the service side, we were ignored by our server so often I had to go into the kitchen to get him so we wouldn’t miss our movie. This has officially ended my relationship with all TGIFs. This restaurant chain epitomizes the worst things about business models built around distributing brand before quality.

Excellent service and very willing to serve us even late at night. I did find it strange that they do last call at 12:30 and close at 1am but after having issues with Applebee’s down the street we were very happy to be there. Our server helped suggest things for the appetizer convos and even offered us various drink specials, etc. this was an awesome place and I than them for a great time!

It’s Friday’s and nothing very spectacular to say. Although the burger I ordered was a mouthful. Nice place to go before or after taking in a movie, or just hanging out with friends and enjoy the many tv screens with sports showing.

Horrible, they brought us plates that were dirty, the food came out room temp, we ordered wings and fries, we all finished our wings before the fries came out and those were not even warm. Disappointed to say the least. Never again!!!

The service is okay. Food is good, a little overpriced for a chain restaurant, but still good. But, the atmosphere is terrible. Children and parents screaming everywhere. Granted, this location is connected to a shopping mall and movie theater. Personally, I would not recommend dining in here unless I was sitting at a bar or if I was doing a carry out.

I made an order 14 September at 4:30PM. Worst mistake I could have made. Service was awful and the food served to go was thrown in the box. I took it. Ate it. A 3 hours later I was puking it out. Buy here at your own risk.

As everyone knows, the food at this place is average at best. At this point we usually come here because it’s quick and easy. Our last visit was painful and tonight’s «mulligan» was no better. I’m actually writing this review while waiting for my Five Guys burger, next door. My husband and I arrived at 6:01 pm this evening. We were third in line, behind a father and child, and two sets of 3 people. We were not acknowledge or greeted until one hostess approached the second hostess and barked«WELLHOWMANYPEOPLEDOWEHAVE? CHECK!» and scowled at me. We were seated, and apologized profusely to, at 6:09. We knew what we wanted and waited for a server to «be right with us». We walked out ten minutes later as not one person stopped by. I would have asked for a manager but not one member of staff would stop for me. As we were leaving we passed both hostesses, who looked at us like we were crazy, and not once asked why we were leaving. In short, this place doesn’t serve good enough food to make their rude and inept staff worth it. We will not be going back; they have used up too many chances and nothing improves. A waste.

I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with TGI Fridays. This last time I went I felt the same. I ordered the strawberry mojitos which were divine and two for one sweetened the deal. We ordered the endless $ 10 appetizer boneless wings. The waitress advised us we couldn’t share it with each other unless I bought something else. Really? OK I got the french onion soup. The soup was OK. Bread too hard which made it difficult to cut and eat with the soup. We tried garlic parmesan, cider and miso sauces for the wings. The boneless wings were way too crispy however the apple cider sauce was amazing even dipped in ranch. Next time I’ll just stick with the drinks.

So I thought I’d give this place another try. Why do I do that to myself. I ordered the half rack of ribs with ribeye steak. In the picture of the steak is kind of thick and delicious looking but when it came out it was about a quarter inch thick. The ribs were OK but they are not on par with the way they used to be they were somewhat dry. Now I did order those ribs with no sauce because I don’t like barbecue sauce but the ribs I have had here years ago would fall off the bone and these were not like that they kind of tasted like they have been in the refrigerator for a few days. The flavor of the ribeye was pretty good but you can’t get a medium rare steak when it’s a quarter inch thick so it was medium to medium well which ruins a steak in my opinion. I originally said at the bar and they did address me up in about a minute or two. I ordered a Drink, Stoli single is $ 7.40. Eventually we moved to a table when my kids left the movies. The kids ordered cheeseburgers one with macaroni and cheese and when I came out of course the one with macaroni and cheese had french fries. The kids ate what they wanted and then I asked for a box for the burger that was left from my son who had cut in half at the beginning of this dinner. I wasn’t paying attention and she took the dinner plate when she left the box??? What??? I tell her and she offers to give the kid a soda instead? What? So she takes my bill and I think maybe she would just take off a couple bucks because she basically took the dinner for the other kid that was at home that was supposed to go in the box but no she charges me full price… Needless to say the service isn’t getting any better here even after all these complaints on Unilocal. So I was annoyed and asked for the manager. My son was mortified as usual. The manager was Sonny. He was very nice. He said all the right things. I explained that I realize the bartender didn’t want to get him and admit she messed up, and that’s understandable, but now I have to run through Taco Bell on the way home. It would be appropriate for her to have offered to knock off a couple bucks. Not the whole burger because we ate half. Anyway Sonny was super nice and took both the kids burgers off. That was about 30% of the check. That was nice and more than was necessary. He was receptive and kind even though it was 11:00 at night and he had to be tired. For this reason I’ll give them another shot. Stay tuned…

I’m a fan of TGI Fridays. They have Summer Shandy here, a great summer time beer. The service is always good. The bartenders are knowledgable and can make hand crafted drinks. The night food specials are reasonably price and you get a good portion. The game is always on at the bar. It’s a good experience, check’em out.

Eat here if you need to kill two hours being miserable Our food was decent, I mean it’s TGI Fridays, your expectations can’t be too high, it’s like eating glorified fast food. However, the service was worse than any fast food joint in existence. Our waitress seemed to be fading in and out of consciousness whilst taking our order. She literally lost her train of thought while talking to us. Asking me what I want to stick in my mouth hole doesn’t seem like a very hard thing to process, but for this TGI Fridays waitress, I suppose it was. During our 2 hour long visit to this location our waitress came by a total of three times; once for our order, second for our food, third to take my money(she still hasn’t returned). It’s fair to assume she has stole my debit card and has decided to get to the closest ATM so that she can further her meth habit, because she’s clearly doing some sort hard drugs that have demolished her cognitive abilities. Not once I did I receive a refill during my meal, which resorted to me almost choking to death on a potato skin. Someone please alert the proper channels of TGI Fridays management of this drug addict thief that attempted murder. Overall, I gave this location 2 stars because it was still better than eating pizza rolls.

So, I typically do not review chain restaurants like this. But, honestly we have been so busy lately and I feel like I haven’t done my part as a Unilocaler. This one is located in the Orange Park mall, right next to the theater. I love that it has an outside patio for beautiful days. This day it was pretty busy, but we only had a 5 minute wait. We were greeted right away, already knew what we wanted, ordered and food brought to our table within 10 minutes. We ordered their entrée and a drink $ 10 special. He got the burger, which was fab! and I had the shrimp pasta, which was pretty tasty as well. It’s a chain, so nothing really fancy to write about. We were satisfied, and of course will return.

Poor service & restaurant policies. My husband & I did not stay to eat. If you are in this area, then I recommend dining at the mall food court or another nearby restaurant. THERESTAURANT The only thing worth mentioning about the dark restaurant is the lighting at the booths. Basic light bulbs hung low over the booths, which made it painful to look at others in our party. My husband had to unscrew the bulb to make eye contact comfortable. It would’ve been nice if TGI Friday’s used the tinted bulbs that most restaurants use at booths. Aside from the harsh lighting at the booth, the rest of the restaurant is dimly lit. THEFOOD My husband ordered a beer, and it happened to be during 2-for-1 happy hour. Our waitress did not deliver the beer, however, another waitress did, and served BOTH beers at once. My husband made a comment about both beers being served at once and the waitress offered to store one of them in the cooler. What?! First, why would a restaurant think that its customers would want to drink one cold beer and one warm beer? Second, a customer who asks for a beer on tap doesn’t want their beer to sit out, even in a cooler, for a long time before drinking it. I asked for a baked potato, however, I learned that TGI Fridays does not serve baked potatoes. They serve potato skins, but not baked potatoes. Strange, but no big deal. I ordered the potato skins and a French onion soup, while my husband ordered an entrée and Caesar salad. Apparently, TGI Friday’s Caesar salad is not tossed, and instead is served with drizzled yellow dressing and cherry tomatoes. My soup was served with two little crackers floating in the soup with some cheese over them. We were speaking with a manager when the soup and salad was served, but by that point we were informing the manager that we were not interested in staying to eat. THESERVICE My husband jokingly told the hostess that he couldn’t tell if the restaurant was open because the front doors had tinted windows. The hostess’ response was that she was happy about that because she wanted to get out of there(~3:15pm). The hostess walked us over to a booth at the bar area. It was a slow time for the restaurant and there were not many people dining at this time. Once we were sat at a booth, we waited several minutes to be greeted by the waitress, Kristen. She walked from the kitchen area to our booth just to tell us that she will be «right back to greet us.» Strange, but okay. We waited a few more minutes. Once Kristen properly greeted us, we placed our drink orders. The waitress brought my drink and, without asking us if we were ready to order, told us that she will give us a few more minutes to decide on our order. At this point we had been sitting for well over 10 minutes. We eventually placed our order and Kristen walked away. Another waitress brought my husband’s beer. We eventually asked a passing waitress for a manager and her response was, «Sure. He seems to always disappear.» The manager, Sunny, made it to our table and my husband complained about the beer. The manager first told him that it is law that they had to serve both at once. Once my husband asked which law he was referring to, the manager told my husband that it was the restaurant’s policy. He also told my husband that they can’t place the beer in a cooler, either, but my husband quickly informed the manager that his second beer just happens to already be in their cooler. Mid-way through the conversation we let him know that we were no longer interested in dining at that location. We walked out before taking our first bite of food.

Not the Tgi Fridays I’m used to… Was excited to find this chain in Florida as it has always been a go to place while in California & Missouri. Huge disappointment. SERVICE: Although we were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken, it was a minimum of 15 minutes before they were served and the place was pretty empty for the day after Christmas.(A sign maybe??) Once the drinks came they were so watered down it might as well have been a glass of water with some mint in it! We waited a very very long time for our order and the server was NEVER to be seen again until she dropped the check at our table. FOOD: I must say that the food was not as disappointing. I will say that it was a little bland and the portion did not match the price.

«TGIF!» but it was a Wednesday and this place was pretty empty. After catching a movie next door, my hunger plans wouldn’t let me go any further then this place. Walk in and can’t find the hostess. Dipping around corners before someone sees us and leads us to a seat. It been a minute since I wore heels, but I’m still gonna pass the blame to these slick sticky floors that would have made more sense inside the move theater. I was tempted to press a napkin down and find out what it was — but I just knew better. Orders were simple — Jack Daniels burger plain w/no veggie and fries and a Black bean avocado burger w/all veggies except pickles and fries for me. So I’m a little annoyed when I have no avocado but 5 pickles and he has burned fries. He was so hungry he went into his burger head first. I had to wait for the waitress to pop back up to ask for the avocado. And then wait for her to bring it back. Wait time is the devil when you’re hungry. Pleasant server, but for the place being so empty it would have been nice of her to be a little bit more attentive.

**sigh**…I knew I was in for a treat when I walked onto their dining room floor and almost fell on my ASS(pardon my french) because the floor was covered in grease, all the way to the bathroom. In fact the floor wasn’t only greasy, but downright dirty all around. Early Sunday afternoon… chain restaurant… maybe I brought this on myself, because deep down inside… I know better. Service: Oh man. I can’t tell you who was who, because I didn’t see any tags. All I can say is that throughout the course of the meal, my mom and I dealt with 3 different people… and we STILL got«the shaft.» Drinks? By the time i SLID my way back from the bathroom, someone had yet to come by for the drink order. In fact, while I was away, mom said she asked the waitress for a glass of water and it never came. Several more minutes passed, and just as I was about to walk out, a man noticed us and came by to take our drink/food order. Then we waited… and waited… waitress comes by and says she’ll bring us a basket of chips and salsa. That was another 10 minutes. Well, I’m sure you can guess how the rest of the meal went, so I won’t go into detail. Bottom line: service was crap. Food: The salsa that came with the chips was… for lack of a better word… Meh. Not fresh at all, and no spice. If I wasn’t starving, I would have left it. I ordered the Triple Stack Reuben Sandwich(corned beef, sauerkraut, grilled onions, thousand island), and mom had the Dragonfire Chicken(kung pao sauce, served over jasmine rice pilaf with pineapple, pico de gallo, mandarin oranges, and steamed broccoli.) The grease on my sandwich was equivalent to the grease on the floor… held it with a napkin and ate it anyways… I was famished by then. Mom said her chicken was good, but she took one bite of the rice and left the rest, so pretty much she just got a piece of chicken and some broccoli. Suffice to say, I would have been better off at the food court… or anywhere else. This joint just wasn’t worth it. P. S. The waitress was named«Hillary»(name just hit me), and she bumped it up from 1 star to 2 by profusely apologizing for the wait times and thanking us for our patience.
