Not too entirely happy.
I wasn’t here for myself; my boyfriend, his sister and her son actually came with my friend and I who had a 12pm appointment. The people were nice, a little nosey about our young-​looking group, BUT it took forever for my friend to be seen by the doctor (really, appointment at NOON but not seen until 45min later?)
I give that it was a Saturday, but dang. She was only seen for 2 minutes and we had to wait a little too long. I’m just glad someone noticed we’d been waiting and gave us an update.

Woah! Seriously, a 5 star experience here! Who knew buying a pair of glasses could be so friendly and fun!
I’d been putting off getting a new pair of glasses for a bit, having broke mine a while ago. Well, driving around with the wonky pair missing a leg is not going to cut it for an upcoming trips, so I procrastinated until a Sunday, which is basically the only day I have to get out and about for errands.
Looking on Unilocal,not too many optimists open on a Sunday, but found a Lens Crafters location fairly close, and was able to schedule an eye exam directly from my app. (Bonus points.)
I arrived about 40 minutes early for my appointment, to fill out paperwork and go ahead and have a looksee for frames… I was greeted immediately and let them know I had the appointment and was going to shop around for a bit. They let the eye doctor know I was in and she thanked me for arriving early! (Bonus point number two.)
After the paperwork, I immediately found a few frames I liked, which never happens. A sales gal took my selections and put them aside when it was time for the appointment.
I saw Dr. Mack and she is incredibly friendly, bubbly and has a fantastic personality! Looking over my chart, she saw my employer was Unilocal,and she told me how much her and other optometrists love the site and check their reviews frequently. (LOL, another bonus point.) The exam was quick and painless, and we even joked about the dreaded «Which is better, one or two» process. :) The assistant at the Dr.‘s front desk was amazing and friendly as well.
I went back to looking and choosing my selection of frames… and when I was torn between a few pairs, one of the sales gals sat me down and took pictures of me in the frames I was debating on, and showed me on a big screen what the options looked like. She even has the entire staff come over to give their input. HOW COOL! She also double checked my insurance, told me there was a special for 40% off a second pair, and gave me a in store deal on the lenses. I went ahead and got a killer pair of shades as well with the new information. :)
From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave me so many compliments I told them I just needed to stop in here every day for a nice little confidence boost.
I have quite a few places in line for reviews, but felt compelled to start with location. Seriously blown away with their outstanding service.
A++ and 5 star all the way. If you need a pair of glasses or shades, I would highly recommend this location and Dr. Mack.
