The worst flowers ever!!! Spent $ 60 got a $ 5 (vase included) floral arrangement. Never go with them. Ughhhh

I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary, 8 days in advanced i ordered an arrangement that looked almost exactly like our wedding arrangements, and was so excited, our wedding flowers were yellow and white, i understand that sometimes they have to sub out flowers but what i received wasn’t even YELLOW AND WHITE they were pink roses, my wife isn’t a roses kind of woman, i called the shop 3 times and emailed FINALLY at 6pm i got a call back the manager agreed that it was 100% NOT what i ordered and promised to send out a replacement order the next day, 330 rolls around the next day and STILL NO FLOWERS!!! I called yet again 3 times i finally got «Michelle» the manager i spoke to the night before. she said the flowers had JUST been delivered at 4pm on a Friday, to me the UNACCEPTABLE and worse she had the audacity to tell me they «special ordered» the flowers for me, i ordered my flowers over a week early so they would have no problems getting what i wanted! Then when i saw the replacement arrangement THEY WERE WILTED!!! From being in the hot delivery van all day. i called back demanding my money back, they said the driver had to come back and get the flowers to get a refund, so now my wife has to go through the humiliation of giving the flowers back??? i have already contacted my back to dispute the charges and i will NEVER order flowers from this place again, and who ever owns this place, Michelle is so amazingly rude, honestly I can get better flowers at Winn Dixie, all I paid for was them to be delivered because it was NOT $ 70 worth of flowers!

A coworkers father died and the employees took up a collection to buy flowers. We came up with $ 130. About 6 of us went to the service. We looked for the flowers but could not see arrangement that any of us thought was worth $ 130. I was concerned it had not been delivered. After the service we found the flowers we sent. We were very disappointed. It in no way was worth what we paid.

My fiancé sent me a picture of a beautiful deluxe bouquet of flowers from park avenue florist today (valentine’s day) and instead of the deluxe bouquet– i get a cheesy sparse bouquet with TWO tulips (deluxe has 5 tulips) and roses the size of my thumbnail. They are rotting brown, hard and closed shut. There are only THREE small roses and one of them are broken. The rest is pink carnations which are 8 full bloomed with FOUR broken and hanging dead and THREE unbloomed flowers! They added FERNS as fillers… I called the manager and they will be sending out a DIFFERENT bouquet tomorrow, but still… For the price my fiancé paid and the fact that it has less tulips in the vase than the «regular» which has three is disappointing. Live & Learn… never will buy from them again.

THE WORST! Apparently this economy has been good to them and they don’t need any business! The staff is extremely rude. Their website lists one price, and when you call to place the order, miraculously their website prices don’t exist (on their end, at least — although you may be looking it the options on your monitor with your own eyes) of course, you’re given a higher priced quote and an arguement.
Pleasant customer service is non-​exsistant and clearly they don’t care whether or not they get your business. My personal experience with Park Avenue Florist and Gift Shop was, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional and nasty that I’ve experienced and we’re talking about a cheesy $ 60 «Thank You» bouquet. Can you even imagine planning a wedding or funeral with them? I’d totally go without flowers first.
A better alternative is using Orange Park Florist and Gifts, right down the street. Friendly, compliant, and professional. I placed exactly the same order with them after not wanting to work with Park Avenue without so much as a hiccup and felt much better about where my money was going. You have been warned!
