LA Fitness

I joined for the pool, and got more than I expected.
I took a tour before I signed up because I’m really particular about cleanliness and they passed with flying colors. The staff is great. A session with a personal trainer is included with membership, and Dion was a pleasure to work with. He went over my goals and limitations and helped me develop a plan, showed me how to do a few things, and showed me how to use the machines. There’s something for everyone here.
The only drawback? I would pay a fee for towel rental, but that’s a minor complaint.

Great gym, lots of space and usually not crowded. The machines are all new and kept in clean condition. Indoor pool and hot tub whirlpool. Staff is attentive and friendly. Gym has variety of extra rooms that contain a basketball courts, racketball rooms and a multipurpose room with mirrored walls and heavy bags. Plenty of cardio equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes etc. Also plenty of dumbells and barbells with a wide range. Also contains a good amount of benchpress benches. Basically everything you need they should have. The only thing they do not have is a running track.

Nice gym, not to crowded and nice and clean. Racks and weights all in order and not thrown everywhere like most gyms.

I was feeling fat after catching up on all my reviews from this past week so I wanted to post on something active. my gym membership :)
I love LA Fitness! This one has been open for a little over a year. I prefer to go at night after work. It’s not as packed and the facility is super clean!
I come for the classes ! My favorite is body pump, spin and zumba !
It includes an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna for each the men and women’s locker room. Indoor basketball court, spin room, dance room, kids play room, and weight section and cardio machines with Tvs.
The only negative thing I don’t like is the visitor pass rules. They will give 3 day or even a 2 week pass but let’s say I have a friend or family that comes to visit and want to work out for 1 day and then they visit again 3 months later for 1 day they won’t allow it :(You have to wait 6 months for them to come again .It just doesn’t make sense .
My entire family works out here, staff is nice ! I highly recommend this gym !

Excellent staff, very friendly and not overbearing. Clean machines, clean locker rooms. The sauna is good quality too! I like that they have heavy bags in the classroom gym where I can do some light form workouts when the Zumba ladies exit.
