Nice and Easy Oyster Bar and Grill

We always tend to get take out here since they do allow smoking inside, my girlfriend is not a huge fan of it. Other than that we always get their chicken wings which are decently sized and delicious. As well as the clam strip basket which comes with a ton of food. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to shoot some pool, drink, and eat with friends.

This place is definitely a dive, but food was tasty and inexpensive, and the service was good. What more could you ask for?

Pete’s way chicken wings are great! The oysters= meh. Karaōke= ok, bc there are not browsing books, you just tell the guy what song you want and maybe he’ll have it.

We stopped by here while on vacation. We had crab legs, oysters and steak sandwich. Drinks, food, pricing was very good. Smoke wasn’t that bad. Would definitely recommend this place.

5 stars for food, –1 stars for service. Overall, loved this place because the oysters were so incredibly good and the staff is very hard-​working. However, they allow smoking and with zero air circulation, you literally sit in a room gray with smoke while eating… Isn’t that illegal? Literally everyone was smoking… Even the staff.
Did I mention that it’s very smoky? It pours out the front door when you walk inside.
The staff was busy and never stood around, which is great… But not a single person stopped to ask how our food was or if we’d like another beer or refills. I eventually went to the bar to order it myself, but when we were ready for another round and still no one asked (despite servicing the tables around us over and over again), I gave up. I did ask one food runner if I could have more water and he said he wasn’t the server, sorry… Really?!?
Funny how quickly they become attentive when it’s time to pay up, but they still didn’t offer another drink. Did they want me to leave? I still tipped 30% as usual, but really bummed that we couldn’t even get refills when everyone around us was getting drink after drink. The delicious and very fresh horseradish had me extremely parched and I really needed water.
If you want good oysters, this is the place. Keep your expectations low and you’ll be pleased with the lackluster service, and if you want a refill/​multiple rounds, dress like trash, laugh loudly and obnoxiously to command the attention of everyone in the bar, and smoke like crazy — that seemed to do the trick.

An excellent dinning experience if you want fresh and tasty oysters, we had both steamed and raw, they were Huge and good. We also tried the wings, they were excellent too. Overall an excellent dining experience. It’s packed here and the crew is slamming the orders out, everyone is smiling !

Walked into a wall of smoke! If your a smoker its for you. No thanks. Walk in and right back out. People say the food is great, have a gander in the kitchen and see if you would still eat there.

I have always had great service and food here. Today however, food was good as usual but the bartender was terrible. We had to interrupt her lunch to order our food after sitting there for 15 minutes. She was actually sitting on the other side of the bar too busy eating. Not once did she ask how the food was and I sat with an empty glass for half of my meal.

Don’t let the outside of this place fool you. No, it is not Applebees, but the food and people inside were great. Had a friend almost talk me out of this place but the other reviews said yes. We were checking a Park out around there so my wife and 1 other friend sat at the bar and ordered Hamburgers and Chicken Wings. All I will say is WE WILL BE BACK. Full Bar and maybe it night it might get loud in the evening, but for lunch or an early diner, NO PROBLEM. Only downside is they do allow smoking, but we had no problem getting away from the smoke.

Best food in Orange City, not to mention a great time with country music and karaōke. I moved to California and always make sure to stop by for some oysters when I’m in town.

Best wings around! Onion rings to die for.
